This is hands down the most authentic Hakka cuisine I’ve had in the United States. Every dish was deeply flavorful, well-balanced, and expertly prepared—from the silky tofu in clay pot to the rich beef rib with black bean sauce and the soul-warming pork and vegetable soup. The ingredients were fresh, and the taste transported me straight back to southern China. A rare gem for anyone seeking genuine Hakka flavors!

When I want delicious traditional Southern Chinese dishes, Wing Wong Chinese Cuisine is my best choice. Their menu offers the type of food I usually find in Southern Chinese families only. Those traditional dishes require a longer cooking process and fresh ingredients. I feel lucky we have a restaurant in Sacramento that can serve Chinese family food and make it right and with good taste.
Wing Wong doesn’t have a fancy menu or a gorgeous dining room, but it offers friendly customer service in a clean and comfortable environment. I enjoyed its food, and I hope you will, too!

This is some awful experience super unprofessional. I called at 11:28 to order an eel pot, the lady told me it’s gonna take 20 minutes. At 11:50 I asked them how much longer, they told me it’s still in progress. At 12 I asked again, these ladies ignored me until I said I can’t just keep waiting. They told me it’s not made yet. Liar liar. I don’t know how good the food is that you can treat your customers like this.

Newly opened, very nice food and price is very reasonable under hyperinflation conditions. Wing wong was moved from Fruitridge Rd, chief chef has been in business for more than 15+yrs

I was very excited to try this new place, but I must say this is one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had for a while. First, as other commenters said in here, it is so true that their serving time is EXTREMELY SLOW. It’s honestly outrageous that we waited for more than an hour for our order to arrive on the table. And not just for our table, all other customers were waiting their food for a long time. I saw several customers raising their concerns about when the food would be ready and the staffs replied that they couldn’t control the cooking time and told us to wait. Second, they were quite understaffed. We needed to ask the staffs ourselves each time for plates, cups, or utensils because of short-staff issue. Third, their menu needs to be updated if the restaurant doesn’t have the ingredients. The staff informed me to change an order because they didn’t have the ingredient for the dish after we’ve been waiting the food for a while. If the restaurant lacks the ingredients, then as a customer, I’m expecting indications on the menu to avoid time wasting. Third, if you just want to have some Chinese food experience, then the food was okay. However, I expected the food to be amazing, but unfortunately it’s quite bland and definitely not at a satisfactory level for the long waiting time and the price in my opinion. Overall, the extreme slow serving time is definitely a huge downside for this place. They seriously need some better management for the service time and more staffs for better customer service.

Bad service. Brought me my duck ,veggies but no rice. Most Restaurants I go give rice for free and this place charges for rice. With $55 meal rice should come with it like other Restaurants
