After saying i want a refund for the whole thing only then they said they can give me a side of ranch on the side . You are better off going to wing stop 1 mins drive from here and get better service . Im quite disappointed knowing they have wing stop as competition . Dont waste your time and just go to wingstop . Its only one minute away .
So here we go…. first impression was good. We ordered online and the food was ready when I showed up as planned. The place looked clean and I got prompt and friendly service.
As I drove back home, I dove right into the fries like normal. I wasn’t impressed with them, I guess I was expecting hand cut fries not the typical frozen bulk fries I got. They were seasoned well and tasted okay, just not was I was expecting.
Now for the wings- we ordered 3 flavors and all tasted good. The wings were crispy and the sauces were what you would expect. The mild is very mild, no heat whatsoever. The Cajun was a bit over seasoned but still good and the Lemon Pepper was on point. My only issue with the wings is, well they were small.
All in all the prices are similar to Wing Stop but just not as good. Good enough though to satisfy your Wing craving if you don’t want to drive the 30 minute round trip to get the good stuff. For the fries alone I will make the long drive next time.
Three stars for two issues, the fries were very cold, nasty soggy and starchy when we received the order. Unfortunately we had to throw them out. The second issue is value for price. The wings are quite small for what you pay, thats always irritating! However, the wings were fresh, still very warm, and tender. That leads me to believe that the fries were older and probably had been sitting for a good while when the order was filled! But we did enjoy the wings very much they were nowhere under or over sauce and again very fresh and tender with a good bit of crisp!
I would encourage either the kitchen supervisor to really pay attention to all the products freshness and temperature when orders are being fulfilled and providing the freshest quality food no matter if it’s dine in or delivery!
I politely greeted him, unsure of the reason for his attitude. Rather than responding with basic courtesy, he ignored my greeting and sharply informed us that the store was not open until 11:00 AM. While we understand and respect store hours, the tone and manner in which we were addressed were unnecessarily rude and unprofessional.
Feeling unwelcome, we decided to leave and instead dined at Whataburger, where we were warmly greeted and received exceptional customer service, along with great food.
As a group of professionals who were looking forward to trying your food, this interaction left a very negative impression. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve the customer service standards at your establishment.
