Too focused on carry-out and delivery. They forgot to put our order in, but didn’t tell us. After a 45 minute wait, we asked about our pizza and they told us 4 more minutes. When we received it 5 minutes later, it was cold. When I said we weren’t happy with our food, they just told us how much we owe. Not going back to Ottumwa Wing Street ever again.

Horrible service. I called in an order and first got a call center & talked with Pablo. I could barely understand him. I asked for something specific and was told he would connect me with the store. Finally got the store on the line and had to start all over.it took numerous times to get the correct info to her and when I picked up the order it was still wrong.not to mention a long wait in the drive up lane
