This has got to be one of the worst experience ever from the chicken wings being old showed up and delivered with no temperature to them. I asked for honey hot. I ended up getting hot wings. The chicken have black spots on them once you bite into them there’s no meat, but I’m really concerned about the chicken being delivered out of temperature like ice cold meaning that the chicken was already done out of grease and you saw still and still proceed to serve them if I eat this food and get sick, you will have a lawsuit as i put this on DoorDash as well. The manager and the owner needs to step up and be there through the morning shift and night shift because this is completely unacceptable the Georgia Department of public health will be there I give you that.Do unto others as you want done unto you.

We decided to try this place out because their prices were really good. Unfortunately you get what you pay for….. the wings were tiny!!!!!!!!! And of course because they were so small they were over cooked. We tried 4 flavors: honey bbq, teriyaki, hot and garlic parm. The hot wings were ok not really anything special. The teriyaki had NO flavor, the garlic parm had ok taste but were SUPER dry. Now the honey bbq had great flavor… they were just dried out. The donuts were burnt and not what I had imagined. The best part was the onion rings. The were cooked great and had good flavor. I don’t think we will be back……

Wingspot has amazing food with a great variety. The White Lady was super nice, welcoming, and honestly the best. This is definitely my go-to spot, and it was perfect for our Super Bowl night.

I don’t usually do this but to place an order 40 minutes before picking and telling them what time I wanted to pick up the order and they still didn’t have it ready is ridiculous. The white Lady was very rude and not friendly at all. She never smiled at one customer . The manager was no better

The wings were fine, their just very tiny. The sugar donuts were burnt and very thick for donuts. I got a 15 piece wing combo and there was no celery included which I thought was weird. Overall the customer service was ok and the food minus the wings was subpar.

I have NEVER posted a negative review ever. This on the other hand is frustrating. I ordered a 20 piece combo with fries. Both wings and fries extra crispy.
When I arrive the 20 wings are in the same container as the fries so of course the lid isn’t closing. I ask for a separate container so that I personally can transfer the fries into it and as I’m doing so all the fries are soggy no where near a crisp to them at all. (Which is normally how they cook the fries which is why I ask for them to be extra crispy) At this point i don’t want the fries so I discard of them. I wasn’t going to ask for my money back and I was going to take the loss. I get to my car and when I take a bite of a wing it’s soggy as well again, no crisp to it at all. I’m frustrated considering I just spent money and already discarded half of my food. So, I go inside and explain to them that I asked for my food to be crispy and none of it is, she takes my plate and says “can you wait 20 minutes for fresh food” I said “yes ma’am I can but please make sure they don’t burn them to the point where there’s no chicken left because that has also happened to me before.” She says “no problem 20 minutes “
20 minutes to the dot goes by and I receive my food I get in my car and I get home open my container and take one bite of a drum and of course the wings are so crispy to the point of there being NO CHICKEN LEFT ON THE BONE. I am frustrated I recommend people go here all the time because the wings are THAT good. But today was a COMPLETELY different story. I won’t send ANYONE there to spend money anymore. Just think before you do . 20 count wings in the same container as the fries? That’s a whole mess to deal with. Put the fries in a separate container. When someone comes in to get their wings redone don’t redo them the way they are asking them not to be done in. Again, Think before you do.

The staff was polite and the service was pretty quick. The chicken wings were fried just right. The Philly is no little Phillies Philly, but it’s not bad at all. I’d say the place is worth giving it a chance if you haven’t before.

We stopped here to grab some quick to go food while on a road trip. The other businesses nearby either weren’t serving customers inside or didn’t have hot to go meals and our truck wouldn’t fit in the drive through so we gave the Wing Spot a shot. The employees were awesome. They were friendly & professional & ensured the order was accurate before charging for it. They even opened the lid to make sure it was accurate before handing it to us. I loved my friend mushrooms, they were delicious. I shared my wings with a friend who said they were good, nothing crazy to write home about and another coworker inhaled his meal in minutes. I don’t generally do wings but I’d come back with friends just for the fried mushrooms 🙂
