I ordered the 8 wings combo meal. I got four wings in their Awesome sauce and four with Garlic Parmesan. I chose ranch for my dipping sauce. I chose traditional salt and pepper seasoning for the fries. When you order a minimum 8 wings you can choose two different sauces on the wings. The wings were cooked perfectly and both sauces were very tasty. I’m glad to report the french fries were hot and crispy. I haven’t had crispy hot fries with my wings in over a year. The crew working there are helpful and very friendly, especially Jermaine. The restaurant has a fun and friendly vibe.

Pretty disappointed that as their 2nd customer when not busy, they messed up my rewards and order. When called about it, owner just said “ok do you want to come get more?” No apology when receipt clearly said lemon pepper dry rub and didn’t have time to go back up. Lemon pepper rub is my absolute fave and didn’t get to try it. Probably won’t go back since first impression wasn’t great. If I do, I’ll update review.

These guys got SLAMMED for the Super Bowl when the preorder app showed nothing then dumped dozens of 4-6 PM orders all at once. But they kept their cool and cranked out the food. Our order came 90 minutes late but worth the wait. We’ll definitely be back on a normal night!
The Blazin’ Q sauce packs some serious heat, and the Honey Q sauce was delicious—I had it on cauliflower. Highly recommend.

Very confused when they messaged me ten minutes after I ordered that my food was ready. Clearly was not surprised to find squishy chicken. Did they boil the meat? Did they cook it with heat lamps? I have never left a review for any establishment ever but this one deserved it.

This place just gave me a new worst restaurant experience. Swung through because wife was hungry and they are newer to area and she wanted to try. got in there, kiosks were very non user friendly and it was hard to order. By time order had gotten put in, there was a crowd of folks waiting on pick-ups. THEN I was told my order would be over 40 minutes. WHAT? For chicken tenders?
So I was polite and asked for my order to be cancelled. He (large manager guy on 2/18/23 at 6:47 pm, Ballwin Missouri) said he won’t do it. I said I need my money back because you are not giving me food and I cannot wait almost an hour. He still refused, told me flippantly to come back another day when they are not busy. HUH? I need to come back? But I am busy too and this place is now stealing my money. He then began to flex and seem aggressive to me, uh not what I want and I was polite. NEVER GO HERE. I know I NEVER will again.
Of all the people in the restaurant, no one had food and everyone had a 40+ minute wait. The staff were arguing with each other at a faster pace than they could work. These guys are clowns and should not be trusted to make you or your family food. Now I must take time out of my day to follow up with my credit card company to get money back. Every action like that, every keystroke here, and each time I drive by now, I will be reminded why I will not go there.
Additionally, I plan to tell everyone I know or meet not to either. And I will.

I ordered bone in Lemon Pepper drums and they were delicious. Chicken was soft and tasty marinated. My favourite sauce is the awesome one. Definitely will come back to try more.

New place serving wings so I tried it out. There were just ok. I tried wings and tenders with buffalo sauce. I didn’t care for the sauce flavor but they have a wide variety to choose from so I’ll try something different next time. Tenders were slightly overcooked and tough to chew.

Tried Wing snob for the first time tonight and it was a horrible experience. We placed an online order, got a text the food was ready, and then my husband went to pick it up and they said they “forgot” to make our order because another couple came in to dine in at the same time. So for $45 for 3 meals we had to wait for the food to actually be made and then the chicken was way over cooked and dry. Not too mention the employees were less than accommodating or nice. Don’t waste your money or time

The best wings i ever had. We ordered 2 specials, 20 wings and fries….only $14.99 each. Portions are huge and wings are crunchy and delicious. Must try. Highly recommend!!!
