So grateful they hired the employee named Diamond, and I was able to have her as my cashier for the day. She truly is a gem! She went above and beyond without me even asking. This beautiful lady put the extra effort in to make sure my pickup order was a fresh version instead of a version that had been sitting out for awhile getting cold and less appetizing all the while. I expected to have to just accept cold, old food due to my latest — so it was a pleasant surprise for her to suggest I get a fresh version made for me. She easily could’ve just given me the old, cold order that had been on the shelf for awhile (since I mistakenly took so long coming to pick it up). —– It’s the little things that really set businesses apart, and this employee helped add that small kind gesture element to elevate the overall experience (on top of Wing Snob’s food/recipes being truly delicious as well) Thanks again Ms.Diamond! Stay amazing! <3

Excellent wings and service. The store is a tad smaller than the ones I’ve seen, but I don’t go for a huge pretty building; that’s what museums are for. I go for a clean store with excellent wings. Note: they don’t precook if you don’t pre-order. If you drive up, be prepared to wait a few minutes so your wings can be cooked fresh on the spot. If you need every last minute of your life, just let them know when you want to pick up and they’ll make them to be done when you say you’ll arrive. I prefer to wait to order when I arrive, especially if I run the risk of traffic, which is common for this location. — Well done guys, keep it up!

Ordered $12 cauliflower wings and ended up with what seemed like overly sauced sauteed limp cauliflower– no breading. Where is the breading? Nothing close to a wing! Did not offer refund or anything for the next day return of the veggies. They did offer “we can’t fry more than 2 minutes- they will get burned” Not the managers fault; however, service recovery is a real thing for managers, especially when you seek return of customers. TAKE them OFF THE MENU, rename as a side of sautéed saucey cauliflower and call Buffalo Wild Wings for the recipe!! Won’t be back anytime soon due to lack of service recovery!

First impression is the upkeep. The inside needs to be repaired and cleaned if you ask me. Floor is sticky, wall was peeling, and the place looked like it hasn’t been deep cleaned in forever.

I ordered six piece wings, I didn’t get one piece of wing all drumsticks. Totally a rip off very untrustworthy of a business. I I highly do not recommend this business. Very disappointing experience.I regret tipping them too.

Ordered pickup online for 12 people’s lunch. Waited half an hour after pickup time to get food, some of it packaged on time and some later so most of the food was cold. Of course they missed one so only 11 got to eat. All sauces packed in the same bag, which would have been fine if the cups were labeled. Not the place to go for a large order, most tossed orders weren’t identifiable, and of course none of the containers were labeled either. $200 order with a large tip. Should have gone anywhere else. Won’t be back.

No need to go anywhere else for chicken or non-chicken options. Ordered the Cauliwing with Buffalo and the Garlic Parm Fry and it was cooked just how I like it. I never thought cauliflower could taste this good! I have had their tenders tossed in lemon pepper a few times as well and it just gets better each time I come here! Quality. Quality. Quality.
