Gave us the wrong order, then after waiting 20 minutes for our correct order they over seasoned the dry rub. We did not feel welcome and also were ignored when going up to the front counter to ask for a box. Have eaten here many times but this was my worst restaurant experience yet.

Service was good in front counter, wait time was 30min for wings which I thought was a long time. Wings in my opinion were ok. Ordered golden hot wings that were more oily than hot. Waffle fries were good. Food was fresh just not 5 star good. the other guys I went with also said food was ok. I’ll have to try something else next time I go, different flavor.

I picked up a grubhub order here tonight. They were PACKED with orders. Obviously this slows down the time you’re order is ready, but with that said, I was thoroughly impressed by their communication with each customer as to what they were waiting on and how long it would be. We were updated by both a front person and a kitchen staff every few minutes. Things happen that are unavoidable, but I appreciate their outstanding service. Thanks guys!

I tried to order online using the mobile app on my phone and had some difficulty. The manager Alex (Tall guy with a beard?) placed the order for me when I got to the counter and gave me a $5 coupon. Ryann was also super friendly and helpful at the cash register. Great customer service!
