At the Wing Shack we pride ourselves on the preparation of the chicken wing. We use fresh, never frozen wings and each order is cooked fresh with just the right amount of crispiness. But was is the chicken wing without being tossed in some mouthwatering sauce? We have 12 different homemade sauces to choose from, ranging from a kid friendly mild sauce to our taste bud incinerating Bear Hot sauce. All of our sauces are original recipes and are homemade every day in our sauce kitchen. Using only the finest ingredients and freshest peppers, we like to think our sauces are what separates our chicken wings from the rest of the pack.

I have given 5 stars for Wing Shack and want in the worst way to continue doing it. BUT, extremely disappointed today. We ordered carry out on a Sunday…. Broncos in the AFC Championship… so I was totally fine with it being busy and not spurpised that it would take over an hour to fill my order. I get it!
However, the wings we got were not on par with what we have experienced in the past or expected this time. The traditional wings were extremely over-done(dry beyond what ranch could cover), under sauced and significantly smaller for what we had in the past. Please see pics.
Seriously bummed to see what happened. Make it right Wing Shack! A busy day is never a reason for not preforming to the standard you have set for yourself and what is expected from your customers.

Caution when ordering takeout… doesn’t seem to matter if you call or order online, you’re bound to wait an additional 20-30+ minutes past the originally provided pickup time.
No organization or confidence with communication between cooks and front staff which tells me they need a better process to manage orders down vs orders in queue.
They were spot on when they were at the old, smaller location across the street but seems they haven’t mastered staffing since they moved into the new place which has a full bar and legit tables for dinning in.
Windsor has trash for food selection so I find myself coming back, even though I know what I’m in for whenever I order from them.
Wings are good, orders aren’t always correct so check before you leave.
To the owner,
I’d recommend you focus on the customer experience.
Maybe it’s the process you put in place, the software you’ve selected or maybe it’s the management, but one thing is clear… You have room for improvement.
I’m sure I’ll be back for the food. I dare (edit) I double dare you to do better!

I wanted so badly to give a good review. The traditional and boneless (really just dry chicken nuggets) had an off flavor to them that no sauce could take away. We tried honey mustard, sweet baby rays, ketchup, and Thai chili. The bitter, metallic, chemical aftertaste shined through. Even with the lemon pepper rub, my mouth feels like I’ve been sucking on loose change. Wings aren’t as meaty as I remember them being, but that may just be a bad vendor paired with I haven’t ordered wings in a couple of years.

Hayden made our experience over the top. She was so friendly and showed the best customer experience. That girl deserves a raise. She went above and beyond to provide great service and handled the situation with patience and kindness. Take out, I feel like they do a poor job on purpose because it’s likely customers won’t come all the back to complain. Today’s order was shorted 3 wings and hardly any sauce. Wing Shack is lucky they don’t really have any competition in town, I would not go there anymore. Thanks for nothing Wing Shack.
