I’m not advocating for job loss I’m advocating for mature level customer service. If they’re having a bad day meditation or prayer will help. There was miscommunication on the order. I thought I ordered 4 drinks the employee started tapping the paper saying see you ordered I replied it’s okay I want another sweet tea. If course while on his way to get the tea I heard speaking to himself as if he were angry he returned with the drink & I expressed my sympathy by saying it was a miscommunication it’s okay have a blessed day, he flew off the handle proceeded to say don’t talk to me like a boy. Acted like he wanted to follow me outside. Just lost business, my apologies. Food is decent. Chicken tenders in the photo. Shame good food.

I had high hopes based off the reviews but I don’t know if I’ll be able to come back here. It’s been so hard to find a good, decent priced food spot. I was craving some buffalo tenders and this place was the closest place to home so I tried it out for the first time.
First, this is NOT a wing place for the culture. The food lacks soul and love. I will give them the benefit of the doubt because it does say that they’re hiring for cooks on the window. So it’s possible that the young lady just doesn’t know what she’s doing. The breading on my chicken tenders fell right off and some spots didn’t even look like it had breading. They also were small and burnt in some spots. Which is weird excuse they also weren’t crispy at all. They were very soggy. A few of the fries were over cooked but they were mostly good.
The cook didn’t have on a hair net and I realized at the last minute that she didn’t have on gloves either, and she scratched her head while cooking. Sigh.
As you can see in the picture, the meal was not worth $13. Maybe they should YouTube how to make crispy tenders so that way the sauce doesn’t make them soggy and the breading stays on the tenders. I would take soggy tenders and bad presentation over people scratching their head while cooking and not wearing hair nets. I am getting my restaurant consulting business going asap! I may try again but I don’t know.

Ordered extra wet honey hot wings and the sauce was barely there on neither chicken or in the tray. If i am paying for extra wet then it should be plenty of sauce in the tray. Also the wings were not as warm and was DEFINETLY OVERCOOKED! FRIES WAS OVERCOOKED AND BARELY WARM! I come here all the time but after tonight i am good. Cashier guy was nice and cook was nice but food was negative 1!

These are absolutely the best wings ever! Wing Ranch never disappoints, the wings are always cooked to our liking and full of flavor. This has become my go-to spot for wings. Time after time Wing Ranch leaves us satisfied.

I ordered 10 mild tenders and they were absolutely disgusting and my husband ordered the philly steak and cheese and he said it’s was disgusting and we got an order of jalapeno poppers they were so hard we couldn’t eat them the only thing that was good was the fries and I called up there and the lady told me that is how we make them and she asked me if I had ate any and I told her there was only one bite taken out of the tender and she said there is nothing we can do cause you ate some of it how was I gonna know that it was disgusting if I hadn’t taken a bite of it she was very rude and we will never go back here again and it was a waste of $40.00 cause every bit of the food except the very small order of fries we got went into the trash when I should have taken it back up there and made them replace it cause this is ridiculous that I spent $40.00 on food just for it to go in the trash because they don’t know how to do their job!!! My 4 year old niece could cook tenders better than the wing ranch!!! You lost a customer cause we will never be back at this trash hole!

Asked for crispy wings and they were over fried. When I called to complain, the owner just said, “she fries all crispy wings the same”….. there is a difference between crispy and burnt these wings had zero moister left in them and ownership did nothing to take care of the customer and to make me feel heard. I will NOT BE BUYING WINGS FROM THEM AGAIN! Just awful customer service and no excuse for not even listening to a customer complaint. This 60 wing order was burnt hard NOT CRISPY!!!

This is what I received (picture) …. I ASKED could I get some better looking chicken wings and could I get some more sauce on the wings since I asked for extra wet (you have to pay extra for anything “extra”) when I ordered

My plate was taken back to be “fixed” only to see those same wings ( as pictured) still in my box when I got home they just made them extra wet by adding more sauce to them so that I couldn’t see when I checked my food again before leaving.

Wings are really small. Nuclear wasn’t even what I would consider “hot” and seemed to be based around crushed red pepper flakes. Extra Hot was maybe a medium. Tasty otherwise.
