I give two because the people (staff) are welcoming and nice. The wings are flavorful, but they are so tiny that if you looked before leaving the windrow, you might ask for a refund. It’s as though they fried these little chickletts right after the egg hatched. Nice folks though.

I tried their Breakfast for the first time and it was horrible. The grits was so thin it was like water and the eggs were runny. Tilapia was fried to perfection but not really seasoned. My food was really good but, the drive through lady who took my order needs an attitude adjustment. I was thanking her after completing my order and she responded by saying ” yay” ( like whatever) I was like really. I thought I was being nice and when I drove around to pay for my food her body language and attitude was like “if” I was disturbing her at work. I must say the lady ( older lady) who passed me my food was very nice. My food was good but, the attitude that the younger lady who was took my order makes it’s hard for my to bring my hard working money back. I am not saying you have to be over the top but,if someone is thanking you for taking their order, you could be atleast pleasant.

I went here because the wings are good and my family and I eat here alot , but I got the worst customer service a couple weeks ago they have a new person taking the orders at night and I have to say he was so rude screaming at me saying what do you want ! What else you want ! Like I wasn’t human. when I say super rude I’ve spent hundreds of dollars here and I will never order from here ever again . If you care about customer service I don’t recommend this place !

4/1/23. Drive thru customer service was horrible. Whoever the guy was taking orders was extremely rude for no reason. Came on the mic with attitude. The food is always good tho, but this dude need a different position cause taking orders is NOT IT!

I come here all the time and it seems like every time I come it’s always disappointing I try to support black own businesses and to be honest there are at least six other chicken restaurants in the area that I could go to but the service is always bad the food is mediocre and the size of the wings are ridiculously small I was given a wing so small that I couldn’t even tell that it was a actual wing and it was hard dry and tasted awful and I came today and they were extremely slow and when I was given my food I asked the girl if she would open the box so I could see it and she had the worst attitude and she was so rude and when she opened the box she threw it and the receipt bbq sauce and napkins fell out on the ground and she walked away and started cooking chicken she left me at the window and I had to blow my horn just to get her to come back to the window her behavior was horrible and I won’t be back I have given you guys so many chances and you always fall short so I will go patronize Ensley Seafood they always make sure you are satisfied with your food and they don’t mind showing you your food so I was undecided whether I was gonna post this but after I got home to eat my food and it was so hard and dry on top of the girl acting a fool I couldn’t help but post this and you are free to reach out to me if you would like and you may wanna go back and look at the recording of the drive through so you can see how your customers are being treated but as of now I won’t be back maybe when you change your staff and buy your chicken from a different vendor and treat your customers like their business matters I came on the inside two days ago and asked for the manager and a short young lady said that she was the manager and I tried to explain to her that the owner told me that I could come in and my last order would be replaced and she said that she doesn’t know who told me that and no man is a manager and she was soooo rude about it and she walked off and came back and said I don’t know what else to tell you but I’m not giving you anything and so now I’m convinced that Wingout is infamous for bad food and bad customer service and I never got smart with her I just tried to explain to her what I was told via Website but she was not tryna figure out or either call the other location to see who it was that told me that but it’s okay I won’t be back and people are always saying that we don’t support one another but who wants, support a business that doesn’t care about the customer so I hope that the owner or manager will take heed to this complaint and make the necessary changes to serve and treat the customers with respect and this is the Roebuck location
