For whatever reason, they couldn’t give me an accurate time that my food would be ready, so after being told TWICE that they needed extra time, I eventually became fed up and cancelled my order even though I hadn’t eaten anything the entire day. I had gotten to the point that I felt I was not even slightly valued as a customer. They didn’t even offer me a discount or anything to try to save the order. “Sorry sir”, just doesn’t cut it. And to add insult to injury, the food is barely edible to begin with.

The food taste good, but lately the woman at the front feels she can change the prices at will without prior notifying the customer. Twice now she has done that with me. Last time let her know that’s soo wrong, especially without letting me know when I place the order.
