11/10 on the food! the wings are just crispy enough, a nice even split of flats and drumlettes, and are seasoned and sauced very well! if you are someone who enjoyed kings wings (rip), this is a very close rival, if not better tbh!!!
the cashier is very soft spoken but kind. my order was kind of confusing, but he made sure he understood what i wanted before my order was put in. what stands out to me about this wing joint is that they have a little condiment tray, with things like garlic pepper, lemon pepper etc. and will ask if you want extra seasoning as they bag your order. they also give you a side of celery, which i have noticed most fast-casual wing spots do not do. 5/5 for the food and service!
the only reason i rate the atmosphere at a 3/5 is because the venue is pretty nondescript. maroon tiled floors, mismatch chairs for waiting, kind of muted lighting, etc. what i do appreciate about the vibe is that it’s reminiscent of a hole-in-the-wall pizza spot you would find near Fenway. all in all, i highly recommend Wing It, and plan on coming back!

SLOW!….I waited over 20 minutes for a 6 piece combo. The fries were dark brown but if you get cajun ranch on them then they are good. Also the prices are higher than other wing places. The wings are good though. I just don’t like that the ‘medium’ wing sauce is HOT. Next time I will get the ‘Mild’ wing sauce.

Maybe I went on the wrong day , but the young girl at the register has a horrible attitude. I will not be back ! My order was wrong and yet she kept getting it wrong on purpose and laughing about it . The last straw was watching her hock on about charging another customer wrongly . I will not be back !

The go to wing spot off 78. Wonderful service, consistently great with the food, and always quick with how busy they normally are. The only downside is the boneless wings/chicken fingers can be hit or miss occasionally imo(maybe due to sourcing of the meat and availability like many places).

So I ordered the Grill Chicken Sandwich combo with Cajun ranch fries. The portions here are small considering the price! When I opened the small container, it was like to spoonfuls of fries. Took a bite of the sandwich and almost spit it out! The mayonnaise is horrible. Then they had one tomato on it, the lettuce was brownish, the 2 pieces of onions that were on there were the outside of the onion that you supposed to peel off. I don’t think I want to even try their wings now

I am absolutely excited about having a Wing It in the area!!! This place is just as good as the one in the mall. Now we don’t have to drive the extra miles to get our wing fix. Customer service is A1 and the restaurant is decent.
