I had seen a lot of good things about this place, including an article in MLive that ranked them a top 10 wing place in the state. I’m not ready to go that far with them.
I found the wing quality to be low. They weren’t that crunchy and did not have a lot of flavor. I feel like that they could have been cooked a little longer also.
From what I observed, this place prides itself on its sauces. So I tried their Mardi gras, sweet bbq and the garlic parm, which was supposedly one of their signature sauces. The garlic parm had good flavor with parmesan cheese on the top. Unlike traditional garlic parm sauce, which is rich and creamy, this was more tangy and zesty. Not bad at all. As for the others, they were nothing special, or at least not something that I’d rush out and buy.
Overall, I was underwhelmed by the wings. Aside from the garlic parm sauce, which was pretty flavorful, I really wasn’t that impressed.

I tried Wing Doozy for the first time today. I ordered the Nashville Hot chicken sandwich. I couldn’t find a picture of the sandwich online. I was expecting it to have a chicken patty. Instead, it has 2 flat tenders between the buns. It was difficult to pick up. The sauce was pretty good, and the seasoned fries were okay. The ranch dipping sauce is very watery but tastes okay. The service is friendly.

I have taken most of my lunch breaks here for the past 8 years now, I always order the same thing, the speedy lunch combo. It’s a good amount of food for the price. Never disappoints!

We put in a big order of chicken tenders and fries to go for a family sleepover. The food was ready so fast and turned out delicious! Everyone was happy and full! Their order size is large – everyone was well fed!

Absolutely LOVE their food. Almost always it is fresh and hot, and the staff are usually quick with getting orders ready. Definitely the best wings in Michigan by a long shot, no where else has them as good or fresh. I usually get the speedy lunch combo which has the perfect amount of food for one person. (Photo attached is the speedy lunch combo but I was too impatient and ate a wing so imagine there’s one more there)

Ordered over the phone 90min before pickup. They hadn’t even been cooked yet. Pepper garlic had no flavor. Tasted like plain chicken. French fries were way undercooked. 1 Star for having food.

Wow! So impressed with these folks! We have a transition-age classroom of high-needs ASD students. Wing Doozy’s operations mgr and local mgr graciously allow our students to wipe down tables once a week prior to opening. Are they clean BEFOREhand…and does our school staff clean them AGAIN afterward? Both yes :). Point is…our students benefit from being out of the classroom and from doing something contributorily real-world in an environment not otherwise accessible if not for Wing Doozy’s inclusive allowance. Thank you, Wing Doozy!
