Best Wing Daddy’s location in El Paso. Setup is very spacious and clean. TVs on every wall and cool tunes playing in the background to pass the time. Everything we ordered came out fresh and hot. Super on point. Ask for Raquel!! She was an excellent server.

Had an awesome experience at Wing Daddy’s! Our server Raquel went above and beyond — super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed the whole time. She checked in often without being overbearing and gave great recommendations. The food came out hot and fresh, and Raquel’s great attitude really made the meal even better.

Wow amazing service really compliments the food! As visitors just passing through a couple days this was a must stop twice. We had dinner and brunch the next day. It was so welcoming the sever Elyssa remembered or drink and delivered the same great service. The GM Eddie was also so impressive he really went the mile to make complements known. We will be back definitely!!! #smash burger

As frequent travelers and regular visitors to Wing Daddy’s, this was unfortunately our worst experience to date. We stopped by last night for Veterans Day as we were l visiting family in town. From the moment we walked in, there was a strong vinegar odor, as if something had spilled and not been properly cleaned — that should have been our first warning.
We were seated promptly, but service quickly fell apart. Our server appeared tired and disengaged, and the pace was painfully slow. Meals arrived inconsistently, with one dish coming nearly 20 minutes after the rest of the table had already been served.
Food quality was equally disappointing. The fryer oil was clearly overdue for a change — nearly everything shared the same burnt brown color. The shrimp were over-breaded, and the chicken tenders were extremely hard and overcooked, likely due to the old oil.
Drinks were served without ice because, according to our server, the ice bin hadn’t been refilled — a small but telling detail about the level of effort and care here. Even the unlit sign outside should have been a clue of what awaited us inside.
We truly enjoy visiting Wing Daddy’s in other cities, but we won’t be returning to this location.

We came to Wing Daddy’s to celebrate a birthday, and while the food was disappointing, Isabella truly stood out. She was friendly, attentive, and very patient with our group. She checked on us often and did her best to make the experience enjoyable, especially knowing it was a birthday celebration. Unfortunately, the food did not meet expectations. Several items lacked flavor and didn’t seem freshly prepared, which was a letdown for a special occasion. That said, this was not a reflection of our server at all Isabella handled everything professionally and with a great attitude.

I had not been here since March. There was a lot of traffic, so we decided to stop here to eat and beat traffic. Table looked dirty as if it was just wiped down with an old dirty rag. The table felt ” greasy” . I used hand sanitizer and paper towels to clean it. Our order took about 40 minutes to come out and there were only three tables that were occupied, so not quite sure why it took a long time. People were walking in and out for pickup orders, so I felt those orders were probably given priority… I would have preferred being told there were takeout orders in front of me, so I would not have to wait. I also noticed one thing. Our wings were piled up on the same plate and we picked two different flavors. They were a bit undercooked so I feel they rushed them because I kept on looking at our server who obviously seemed embarrassed and would not look at me 🙁 this location used to be my favorite… Bummer

Girls need to be more attentive when omw walks in. Wings need to be made upon order and not served warm or lukewarm. My order was messed up originally with flavors and lack of utensils and it being ready in general. But the manager made up for it. It was black and white. Hot and cold. I HIGHLY recommend u done in. Wings when served HOT AND FRESH are PHENOMENAL. Fries were good. Ranch presentation was nice, with the spices on top. kids enjoyed food. I enjoyed salad. Thank you. Thank you for fixing it and making it SO RIGHT.

Food wasn’t the greatest took a long time to come out but the service was wonderful our server isabella was very welcoming and attentive. Me and my coworkers would come back just to get service like that again. Nice to know a server cares enough to not only be attentive but entertaining with there customers.

Arrived to eat. Not a single of their 6 waitresses that I counted came to our table to take our order or at least start my drink order. 10 minutes passed by still no one. A table for 5 or 6 arrived and immediately a waitress was there to take their order of drinks. So me and my party left. Hey management git on your staff. Why ask for a high tip when your service is declining.
