Order thru door dash. Wrong order was delivered. Called to let them know my order was wrong, was told DoorDash has the items posted wrong. Nothing was done, no steps were taking for good customer service. Will not be ordering or coming back to this establishment.

Soooo good! The best local wing place we have found. My husband had honey barbecue wings, and I had Cajun ranch wings and catfish. And the ladies who worked there were so nice. Will definitely go back just like the lady said I would!

Had been eagerly anticipating and patiently waiting for this restaurant to open. Noticed on 02/22/22 around 7:30 p.m. that they were open. I believe this was their first day being open but I could be wrong.
First, the catfish was the best thing that my wife and I had. This is a problem if the name of your restaurant is Wing City.
My order-10 Piece Wing Combo (BBQ Jerk & what should have been Lemon Pepper) (You can split the wing flavors 5/5 on a 10 piece.) As you can see from the picture it was not Lemon Pepper. I do not know what it was. I think they just gave me some hot wings. The BBQ Jerk tasted okay. The other flavor tasted okay. The wings were not coated/tossed well enough. Also, they need quality control. They need to ask you to check the order before you leave to verify that it is correct like other wing places do. The cajun ranch cheese fries looked good but they did not taste good. Maybe they bake and do not deep fry their french fries. Also, the combo should come with fried or plain fried rice. They were out of rice. How are you out of rice and you just opened?
My wife’s order–10 Piece Wing Combo (Honey Lemon & Sweet & Sour.) The wings were not coated/tossed well enough. My wife liked the Honey Lemon Flavor. The Sweet & Sour were not coated/tossed well enough. It looks like they just drizzled some on or maybe used a ladle. My wife said the same thing I mentioned about the cajun ranch cheese fries.
We split the 2 piece fish which tasted good. Our issue with it is how do you give us 2 pieces of fish but only give us one piece of bread. Are 2 pieces of bread too much to ask?
Finally, the food was not hot enough. We went straight home after getting our take-out order. We stay about 3 minutes away from the restaurant. Our food was warm at best.
We are wing restaurant aficionados/connoisseurs. We have tried many locally. We know a hit wing restaurant when we taste it. This place has potential but it has some work to do.
Give them a try if you wish to form your own opinion.

You get to choose between the drums and flats which is a huge deal for somebody who eats a lot of wings and knows their preferences. Or you can have the whole wing.
The Wings are smaller, and more tender (smaller size is waaaaayy better) you can tell the bird was taken care of! All the house and moved to Hueytown and Bessemer about 2 months ago and this will be my go to chicken wing restaurant until one of us is no longer around LOL

This has to be hands down the best chicken wing place I have ever eaten, I have eaten at many chicken wing places over the years, and most of the time Chicken wing places have dainty little chicken wings . And let’s be real there really is no meat on the bone. But WING CITY knows what they are doing when it comes to chicken wings !! Just look for yourself !!! I got the garlic parmesan, bone in wings. With Cheese and ranch covered frys !!! And a medium dr.pepper for $14.99 !! AMAZING IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT WHEN IT COMES TO WING CITY !!
