Orange Chicken combo plate was horrible and overcooked also the rice was very dry and hard ..they acted like it was my fault..

I have ordered from here twice for my workplace and they always do such an amazing job. Both times I ordered 400 wings, 2 trays of fried rice, 2 trays of crab rangoon, 2 trays of egg rolls, and 1 tray of beef of broccoli with white rice. Everything was ready at the time of pickup. It’s seasoned well and is a hit with everyone at work!

I’m writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit. Unfortunately, my experience was far from acceptable. The two women working at the time — who seemed to be related — displayed poor attitudes, were unhelpful, and made the interaction uncomfortable. I felt dismissed and unwelcome, which is not what I expect from a customer-facing business.
