This is about the third time I order has been wrong and I eat here all the time and never complain or send back my food. Tonight I just called to make them aware that I ordered crispy wings and on my box it says soft. The lady or girls shall I say that took my order was very unwelcoming on the phone, but I pay that no attention in order. After calling to let them know that my order was wrong. I was told very nonchalant and rudely bring them back and we can fry them. I told her I wasn’t going to bring them back. I just wanted them to be aware and that I sent my husband because I was sick she was very dismissive so I got out of bed, got dressed and went up there and asked if there was a manager she was sitting down and just said no. I asked her if my food can be remade and again rudely and nonchalantly she said how are they supposed to be fried so I told her and asked her if she had a problem with me because she sound like she did over the phone. rudely again, she said no, and took my food. So basically, I waited on them to re-drop the same wings that I had and they put them back in the box and gave it back to me with the same fries that I had put ketchup on which were now ice cold. The least they could have did for the lady answering the phone with a bad attitude, not wanting to be at work clearly who got my order wrong was give me fresh fries. I am becoming so disgusted with this establishment and I have been a loyal customer for years. Food prices are going up but quality and customer service is going down so who wants to pay for that?

I was at home and my mom ordered it. Don’t know about service. But the fries are more likely than not to be bigger than the wings. There was also a hair in my food…? I do have black hair but my hair is NOT that short or thin. The fries were bland but they do give you seasoning packets. The wings are very small. Didn’t know they could be that small. Not even a chicken at that point it’s a qual or pigeon.

Ordered the honey hot wings and fried rice Them wings were straight busting! I always loved the combination of hot sauce and honey! Such a desirable taste! And the fried rice was good but definitely getting fries next time! Solid 10/10 for taste and flavoring

The food was good, the chicken was small like I like it (I hate bionic wings), I wish I would have gotten the extra hot bc my hot wings were mild to me. Also the fries were overcooked. But, I didn’t come here to say that, I came to rate the customer service, which was a 10 out of 10. The young lady greeted every person that walked through the door, even when she was busy. There was a rude dasher that came in and thought he could jump to the front of the line, nope! She didn’t miss a beat and took everyone in the order they came in. She also replace my flat soda, which most places are apprehensive of replacing after you have drunk out of it. Lastly, that off putting smell as you walk in needs to be handled, all I want to smell when I walk in to a wing place are wings!

DELICIOUS!! Not gonna go anywhere else! $20 actually fills me up! Got 16 wings and a heaping pile of FRESH fries with a drink. The wings came out nice and CRISPY just how I requested. Friendly lady behind the counter was a sweetheart too. 10/10!! Haven’t had good wings in years since living in Alaska but now I found the spot!!
