Wing Boss, is a Dickey’s family restaurant brand starring pit-smoked wings. With our history of delivering Legit Texas Barbecue, we are taking this heritage and applying it to smoked chicken wings. Our chicken wings are perfectly smoked, then fried and tossed in one of our signature sauces or rubs. Available in Group Packs, Combos or By the Piece, you can sink your teeth into bone-in or boneless chicken that are pit-smoked over hickory wood.

The wings had good flavors, but are best with sauce as they were very over cooked and dry inside (I honestly think they were pre-cooked and then re-fried again at time of the order).
This is a ghost kitchen in a random industrial building. You cannot order in person, just online. Probably great for today’s food delivery market. If you like an open air kitchen it will be great as the garage door is wide open.

Don’t order on DoorDash, they completely messed up my small order giving me the wrong drink and not including my side mac and cheese at all. UPDATE: They responded to this with an email to resolve things but never replied to my email. Don’t buy their google review responses, they don’t actually provide good customer service.

This was the single worst food experience of this year – seriously.
15-min. after the scheduled delivery time, we tried to call to check on the status. Calling the Redwood City number listed on their corporate website leads paying customers to an automated message stating, “mailbox 1848 is full.” Called the RWC phone number listed on Yelp, Google, and RestaurantJI, but it’s for the San Francisco location. They were helpful and provided a phone number for the RWC location. We called that new number and were greeted with a grumpy “Hello?” with hammering in the background, we asked if this is Wing Boss, they said yes, then they hung up as we were asking about our order. We called back three times and the call was sent to voicemail after two rings.
30. min. after the scheduled delivery time, we drove to the location (which is a warehouse) and were “greeted” (stared at) by two dudes hanging out in the parking lot. When we asked about the order, they opened the insulated delivery box and handed us the order. I reiterated that this was a delivery order that was supposed to be delivered a half hour ago, which was met with a shrug.
The chicken was fried to a dry hardwood brown crisp and all of the sauces were on the side, including the dry rub (we did not select “Sauce on the Side.” Suddenly, Wing Stop is gourmet for frying their chicken with seasoning. We were provided a dozen unlabeled sauces on the side, which we did not order. The ordered included a chicken nugget cut in half after cooking, presumably to confirm the chicken was cooked, really instilling confidence in the kitchen. Unseasoned, unsalted, bone dry fried-to-death chicken wings with no sauce. Yummers!
To recap, our delivery was NOT DELIVERD there is NO WAY to contact the warehouse producing the “food”, the food is terrible and they didn’t finish making it.

mmmmm MMMMM wing boss knows how to make some good buffalo wings. We ordered three different flavors but I never even made it to the others i just kept trying to eat the buffalo ones before anybody else got to them. Will definitely be ordering them again.

Terrible service and food quality – do not order. Everything, and I mean everything, in my order was missing or very poor quality. Unacceptable – this is a remote kitchen and not the actual restaurant. They don’t care that they’re selling terrible food and stealing your money. Avoid.
