Customer service was terrible here. I placed an order for pickup over the phone and since it was my first time ordering here, I asked the employee taking my order for clarification on what came on one of their burgers. She responded “everything that usually comes on a burger” in a condescending tone. Just a very unpleasant person to speak with in general.
When I picked up my food and got back home, I noticed that they didn’t give me any ketchup to go with my fries or even offer me any. Then, when I was eating the burger I ordered, I tasted that there was a piece of hair in the meat I was chewing. I pulled the piece of hair out of my mouth to confirm that it was actually hair and immediately spit out the food. It ruined my whole meal. Overall, this place is unsanitary and the woman who takes the orders is rude. I would not recommend eating here at all.

I placed an online order… it was a simple order over the phone… when I got my food the chicken was bone in it was supposed to be boneless. Not to mention the so called wings were rubbery and dripping with grease.. also i threw away what they decided to call Fried pickles.. FOR $26 THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH IT YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF EATING RAMEN NOODLES THAN WING BASKET. Below is the picture of the so called Fried pickles they decided to serve me….. this place is absolutely horrible and disgusting… the girl over the phone cant hear and the cooks can’t cook.

We went in after looking at the prices on the menu online and apparently the online menu is wrong it says 50 piece is 34.99 but when we got there it’s 74.99. They need to update the menu if they are going to change the prices. Other than that everything is wonderful.

This is my second visit to The Wing Basket. I have to say it is some of the best food I have eaten, from a restaurant, in a long time. The service was great as well. I loved it. They also have a game room. And its also extremely clean. Great Job Wing Basket.

Ate some bone-in wings from there yesterday and felt sick all night. Woke up this morning puking and sick. Was once a supporter of this place but now I wouldn’t recommend anyone to eat here until they get new cooks. Overpriced and lazy food hygiene. 5 stars on the food poisoning though!

The prices seen on the online menu are totally wrong. I expected to pay around 20 dollars and the order cost me 26 and change. Not happy!
I ordered 12 chicken wings and chicken gizzards. When I got home I actually came back with 12 HALF WINGS. To make it worse. I bit into the chicken gizzards and realized that the gizzards had miraculously turned into chicken livers on the way home! Very unhappy experience. Probably will be extremely hesitant to order from them again!

Ordered a 30 piece half honey gold and half lemon pepper. The lemon pepper wings were old and refried. The honey gold were not honey gold as I know honey gold wings to be, they were dark. This is not the same place I remember growing up in covington in the 1990’s. These were the worst wings I have ever had, I will be calling the Tipton County Health department in the morning and filing a complaint regarding other things I saw while I was there waiting on my order, if this is their best effort then the door need to be closed and never reopen. I will assist them in making sure they never reopen and serve the public this BS.
