I ordered the Bacon Cheese Burger and the wait time wasn’t that long, it about 8 minutes. The buns were an amazingly toasted and the bacon was nice and crispy. The burger itself was very good.
All in all a great choice to send less than 20 dollars.

I went in yesterday and ordered a chicken plain, sauce only. It took almost 20 minutes to get my sandwich. When I got my sandwich, it had cheese in it n was in a wheat bun. I asked the server if they could please take it back and get me one without cheese. The server took it back and came back 10 minutes later. I opened the sandwich and found that all they did was scrape the cheese off the patty. But they did a really bad job of it. When I spoke to the server about how bad my sandwich was, she offered no apology. Apart from all of the above, the server kept going off to a table in the corner to take care of her baby. I get it, we all struggle, but if that’s the case then, personally, I’d be motivated to do a great job not a bad job.

I had a really disappointing experience at this WingBarn. I ordered wings and was shocked to find feathers on almost all them. I immediately brought it to the employee’s attention, and they said they would call the general manager. After waiting, I was basically told that nothing could be done at the moment and that I should just come back another day.
No real apology, no resolution, and no compensation, just a brush-off. I expected better customer service, especially when it comes to food quality and safety.

I had placed an order for the 50 wings special to pick up at 5, I get there and i still had to wait a while to get my food. I understand it’s superbowl day and they were busy so I didnt complain or anything but then i received my order, drove all the way home and I was missing 10 wings. Ive been calling since 6 :30pm and it is now 9:00pm and still no one has picked up the phone. Food itself was really good the only issue i had was that I was missing some of my wings and I havent been able to speak to an employee since no one picks up the phone.

First off, I liked the wings and fries. They were good. My issue was with one of my items. I ordered a 12 wing combo and was given an 8 wing one and wasn’t able to notice until I got home to eat. I don’t live close enough to drive back so I left it as is. So I pretty much paid $20 for a 8 wing combo.
