We came to eat as a family after church at about 1:00, they hadn’t been open for long so it surprised us to see how the quality of the food just wasn’t there. The wings were so dark that it seems the oil must have been old and they had been way overcooked. Can’t complain about the service because the young man in the front had good customer service. However, the restrooms were really gross for it being this early in the day. In the women’s restroom one toilet was super dirty and the second toilet wasn’t flushing right (I imagine that’s why the first toilet was the way it was). We hadn’t been here in a while and it was disappointing to realize this is why we hadn’t come in a while in the first place.

Pre ordered Superbowl Promo for wings a day ahead (Saturday) for pickup at 430pm (Sunday). Go to pickup and was told my order was not ready. Girl at front said wings were “frozen, not thawed out”. They would call when order is ready about an hour. Hour passed. I live close, so decided to go & check on my order. At this time it was 610pm. STILL NO ORDER! Alot of angry customers who also pre ordered before me – their orders not ready. Another girl tells me an hour & verified my number to call when ready.
Manager did not come to front. He was seen in back kitchen, while customers were asking for their orders and wanted a refund.
750pm – my order is ready for pickup. 3 hours later?!!
This was terrible service! I would not recommend. Wings were trash. Promo was a great deal. Management & staff definitely was not prepared.

Service and quality is terrible. I called to change one of the flavors and kept being placed on hold. The guy wouldn’t understand what i was asking and was very rude. He transferred me to a manager and he put me on hold too. I was on hold throughout almost the whole pick up process. I called about 10 times until i was able to speak to someone stating they would change it. When the delivery got here we were missing our drinks and my husbands ranch had a hair/pube. Very disgusting! We didnt eat our food thinking they might have done something else to the food.

The service really stood out—Amy and Alex were friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. They were professional, quick to help, and very welcoming. Great experience at Wing Barn! Amy gave amazing customer service—she was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. Wing Barn delivered an 5 star experience. The wings came out hot and fresh. Good flavor and clean presentation. Portions felt fair for the price. Amy was very kind. She greeted us quickly, checked in often, and kept drinks filled without hovering. Orders came out right the first time.

Very welcoming place for me and my wife to eat. Every worker was quick. The general manager Dan Ramos and his assistant Mia, greeted us super politely. Food came out extremely fast, hot, crunchy, and delicious. My table was not sticky like those other Wingbarns that I’ve been to. The restrooms were very clean and I plan on taking my wife out every Thursday to this specific Wingbarn.
