The employees at this location were extremely rude and unprofessional. I called ahead to ask about a specific, high‑value bottle and was told it was available. Because the person on the phone sounded distracted and more focused on the TV than on our conversation—I repeated my question to confirm that the bottle was the 20 year. He assured me it was.
After driving 40 minutes to the store, I was told that he had actually meant the 12‑year bottle. On top of that, when my wife entered the store, the employee was still watching TV and didn’t acknowledge her at all.
It’s incredibly disappointing to receive false information and waste so much time due to such unprofessional behavior.

Have been going here since before COVID, was there today at 4:50 pm and spent $24.85. paid cash, went to get lottery as I have been doing for many years, the employee tells me to hold on while he rings up guy with 1 beer at the other register. I took my beer and cigarettes and left. I will not be back…. I will gladly pay more somewhere else in Westwood or Hillsdale and be able to get my beer and lottery at same time…. I would have dismissed this, but they did this last week as well to me and my friend who only wanted the lottery.. no wonder this shopping center is basically vacant…
