I called to inquire about something in the store and they told me that they were busy to call me back later and then hung up on me! Absolutely disgraceful customer service when I was actually inquiring about something I wanted to go and buy. But instead got despicable disrespectful unacceptable customer service saying they are busy to a customer and then proceeding to hang up!!!!

It’s 3 years later and I see what you mean by weird or rude service..
Except the cashier would change from time to time and new people are nice. However, regular employees need to learn human skills, mutual RESPECT, and acknowledge their customers. Even the sad “security guard” should lighten up with conversation. BAD ENERGY and no common sense will effect customer experience.

A bit odd and unfriendly place but the good thing is you’ll see their inventory on the web so you can go in and out. Parking is hard since the lot is rather small for this shipping mall.

I come to this place many times because I work near and its convenient to pick up after work, I have to admit every time I come here, I feel like I’m being overly watched. They will ask you over and over again if you need help even if you just said 5 mins ago that you were just looking (I am browsing, trust me if I have a question, I will ask). I’ve noticed that they do this to many of their customers (no matter the race or sex). I am not a thief. I dont need to be treated like one.

: Based on my first time going into this store, I recommend going elsewhere. When a customer comes in and asks for help, don’t say one minute, then jump to help another customer. Know your inventory. And make sure the place is clean.
