I ordered a 12 Year old Appleton Rare Cask in a case for $87.00. They sent the wrong bottle. They refuse to admit it. Sent pictures. Do not do business with this company. I see other reviews with customers getting the wrong items and Wine Chateau refusing to fix the situation. I have been scammed out of $45.00! I have included photo of unboxing and then what I was supposed to receive next to what I did receive. Sent this information to the company. Their response was they shipped the correct item. They clearly did not. This is a scam business. Avoid at all costs!

I was looking for Anis del Mono Anisette Dulce, which apparently is hard to find on the West coast. I found it on Wine Chateau’s website and ordered 2 bottles. I had a few questions before placing the order and their customer service was quick to answer my questions. The order also arrived quickly and their shipping fees are comparable to other online liquor stores I reviewed. I will use them again for this particular order.

I went to this location (Woodbridge, NJ) for the first time, all that I can say is, “I prefer the Piscataway location”, as the customer service here is not at the same level, I say this because the employee at this location was not as knowledgeable as in the Piscataway location. I think the next time I’ll just make the longer trip, bypass Woodbridge to get the knowledgeable service that I have grown accustom to. Also the appearance here is not as pristine as in Piscataway; sorry for the comparison, but unfortunately Piscataway has set the bar for all other locations.
