Thankfully we disregarded other google reviews and decided to give Windy’s a try! We’re SO glad we did. The owner, who greeted us as soon as we walked in was super friendly and welcoming! The atmosphere was lots of fun and welcomed every age. Our whole family jumped in on the 2$ bingo, the adults got to play slots and our kids loved playing on the pool tables! The pizza was amazing, steak was well seasoned /perfectly cooked and the salad with homemade ranch was delish!

What an amazing hidden gem for a fun night out! This place is perfect for enjoying great food and drinks with both friends and family. We especially loved the indoor games, which were a blast and only required a minimal charge. While it took a little effort to find – it’s tucked away off the main street without a flashy sign – the search was definitely worth it. We had a fantastic evening here with friends during our travels!

I went to dinner with some friends. I know this place has changed, and I’m not one to complain, but unfortunately, it took a long time to serve us. I had to watch, three or four tables empty because the waitress took so long. The food came out cold, and there were no plates, even though I asked for them. I’m sorry, but I think there’s room for improvement.

Hands down, one of THE BEST BURGERS you can get in the tristate area! You must try one of their burgers! The burger patty is cooked to perfection, juicy, tender, and full of flavor.
I highly recommend the Buffalo Wing Burger (I think that’s what is called).

Bowman is a tiny town in North Dakota, therefore it is not surprising limited dining options are available. The food quality was top-notch. The pizza had a crispy crust and was overloaded with toppings, whereas the bourbon barbeque sauce had worked its magic with the boneless wings. We did not regret the decision to choose Windy’s despite of the long wait. Short of manpower was seen at all levels. The bartender herself also served as receptionist and waitress but she did a phenomenal job. People there seem to know each other, creating a very friendly and relaxing ambiance.

Family had dinner. Had the nicest waitress. Not sure of her name but a slim, tall pretty brunette with a friendly personality. She recommended the special which was prime rib sandwiches and aujue dip. Excellent. Angus beef sourced locally- super fresh, tender and not greasy at all.

Driving through Bowman and needed lunch. We walked into Windy’s and asked if there was any outdoor seating since we are traveling with our dog. The really lovely lady working the counter, Cindy, offered to open up the spacious back patio for us so we could sit out there. Score! We ordered a pizza (we are vegetarians) and a couple pints of beer. It was cooked in a proper pizza over and it was delicious! Really impressed by how crispy and cheesy the pizza was. Had a lot of flavor and was very filling. Highly recommend!

In Bowman to visit family. Stopped in here to eat. It was wonderful. The buffalo burger was amazing and so were the wings. Would definitely recommend it. Really loved their sampler tray of appetizers. That was the best. I could have eaten that as a whole meal.
