I had not been here in a long time. Service and Food has gone down.
I had the Gyro burger, this was THEE driest meat I’ve ever had. Burger and Gyro meat was over cooked.
Fries were great! Best part of the meal.

I love Windy City, though it can be hit or miss. Today they hit it out of the park! Got my order in 30 seconds flat and it slapped.

I’m from southern Illinois just visiting for the weekend, so I figured this place looks like it may have pretty decent food. I got the lemon pepper wings with fries. 10/10! Cooked to perfection and the seasoned fries were super fresh, tasty, and paired perfectly! I may have waited 5 mins max before my order was complete. Hot and fresh! In my opinion, the prices seem pretty reasonable compared to the large portions. I would definitely recommend this place!

The food is excellent but I work down the street so figured I would go there fast for lunch I get the italian beef and onion rings and he said 19 and some change. Im like whoa im not balling outta control to spend 20 bucks on lunch. So just got the italian beef it was 12 bucks and 8 bucks just for onion rings. Eating out is wayyy to expensive these days a lot cheaper to just cook at home

Easily the best Italian Beef in town. Definitely isn’t the cheapest sandwich around, but it’s totally worth it. Fries are also some of the better ones in the area, they’re battered so they’ve got a nice crunch while still being pretty soft inside. Hush puppies are tasty but a little more expensive than I’m usually willing to pay for some fried balls of cornmeal. Chicken is also very solid.

I did the drive-thru, which was easy and accurate. Some orders at the drive-thru take extra time, but the management has drawn a line on the pavement for when you approach the menu board to place your order, and clear instructions on where to wait after you pay for your order. This really keeps the line orderly and moving. Delicious.

I’ve been a regular customer of this wonderful restaurant for more than 15 years i think. The owner is a very nice person and he loves dogs.

Ordered the Sunday special, fish and chicken. Somehow got charged $30 for this. Food was very salty, and I actually got sick an hour after eating this… I requested catfish, but I’m pretty they used tilapia… either that or the fish doesn’t taste fresh anymore. I’m addition, the chickens I got are so small (you can see other reviewers chicken are much much bigger). I’m quite disappointed.

I’ve had the cheeseburger and now the catfish. Both are made to order and came out hot and fresh. I got more catfish than I expected and I enjoyed the flavor. The catfish wasn’t too salty and fried perfectly. I also like the seasoning on the fries.
