Ate here for my 8 year anniversary last night, it was my 2nd time coming here. Was really looking forward to it. I ordered the peppercorn pork chops w/ brussel sprouts. Near the time or food should have been done the waitress found out they had no brussel sprouts. Ok fine, I ordered a potato. When we got our food, The flavor of my pork chop was great but it was really hard to cut and was so dry I could barely chew it. I tried to eat it but it was just that dry I just really couldn’t do it. So finally I decided when I saw my waitress I would ask For some more of that whiskey glaze they use. Maybe if I dipped the bites in that I would be able to chew it up. But I never saw my waitress. My waitresses was nice don’t get me wrong, but I just really didn’t see her for long periods of time. We had a basketball game to get to so our time was really starting to run out. So finally my husband went up to the bartender and asked if maybe we could get a side of whiskey glaze. As he was standing there she told a waitress who yelled it to the back. He then heard one of the workers from the back yelling in return, “well are they going to pay for it!?”……. My husband came back to the table. We still didn’t see our waitress for at least another 10 minutes or even longer. We never did get The whiskey glaze. So finally we asked another waitress if we could see a manager because we needed our ticket and I couldn’t eat my meat. The manager was very nice and they refunded my meal.
So basically flavor of the pork chop was great, I think they left it on to keep it warm because they ran out of brussel sprouts and it dried out my meat. I’m a little disappointed that they weren’t busy at all and I never saw my waitress but she was really nice. And I don’t know what business it is of the cook or whoever was in the back whether I was going to pay for extra sauce but maybe management needs to talk to whoever’s back there because should they be making calls like that? It’s very rude and guess what, your customer heard it. They offered free Dessert because it was our anniversary and because of what happened which I did appreciate but since I had to complain, & hearing the comment from the staff in back & we’ve seen the movie Waiting we decide not to take that offer……. I’m 100% sure The owner probably respectable but you never know about staff. I’m just thankful they made the proper moves to correct the problem and I will in the future go back there and give them another chance and update my review whenever I get a chance to do that again. But I am very disappointed because my husband works a lot and I do not get to go out on dates with him very often it’s probably been at least four or five months and our date night kind of sucked at least food wise. Well for me it did but his steak was good he enjoyed his food he was just disappointed for me.

We went to see Santa and Mrs Clause the other day with the men from my Cila home I work for. They were so excited to see Santa. The loved seeing the robot bringing drinks back and forth. It was incredible it was my first time seeing one. The food was incredible and the staff was amazing We will always come back here. Thank you

Wanted somewhere local and great for New Year’s Eve, and it was perfect! The spinach artichoke dip was fresh out of the oven and awesome! Side note: I’m now questioning every other place I’ve ever had this appetizer, because we’ve never had it fresh from an oven like this.
Had the NY Strip with mashed potatoes and it was fantastic. Steak was perfect, and we loved the house made potatoes.
Service could not have been better! Our waitress was on it with refills and did awesome. Great way to wrap up 2024!

We’ve been here twice now visiting only when we’ve been in the area. It’s much bigger than it looks on the outside. Service is good and food is delicious. It’s quickly become a new favorite.

What a diamond in the rough. The pub is located in the tiny town of Windsor but it’s very much worth stopping in for a meal. We ordered drinks and they were delivered by a Robot! The grandkids loved it. We ordered dinner and were pleasantly surprised! Everything was superb. I had the apple butter burger that was amazing! If you are around the Shelbyville Lake area stop in, you won’t be disappointed !

We drove 45 minutes to eat here but they wouldn’t seat us even though it had plenty if seating available. The hostess said the kitchen was busy and she had to let catch up. She said she had to wait 30 minutes before she could seat us. They obviously don’t want your business.

Onion petals were the best appetizer I’ve had in years, just a little short on sauce to get thru the order. Waitress”Rylee” was great!!. Wife had the chicken bacon avocado burger, liked it. I had the A1 burger, can’t say the same. About an 8″ bun and 4.5″ of meat that was dried out and tough as shoe leather, didn’t eat it and refused to pay for it. Really disappointed, but maybe chef had a bad day? Usually drink beer but it was my birthday, so I asked for a double shot and coke in the draft glass my wife had. Waitress said the bartender didn’t want to make it in that glass and made it in a smaller one. Not what I ordered so should have asked if I still wanted it instead of just delivering it? Been there before and will probably go again.
