I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt. Especially during weather conditions like a storm cause I know how much it sucks to still have to go to work during it. We ordered to go so we can take it back to our room and we also left a generous tip. Just to open my container of their cookie Sundae to be a major disappointment. Paying full price for a half ass job of something so simple is a blow. Barely any icecream. Literally just enough to just cover my plastic spoon. Two huge cookies that we get for free at the front desk. The only perk was the sliced strawberries and a little spray of whipped cream. But no cherry no sprinkles. Literally just a waste of money. We also ordered fries atleast that was good. Was better off just ordering that and calling it a day. I always strive to be an easy nice going customer to make the waiters job easier. So when stuff like this happens it’s just so disappointing. SMH

Ordering from the online menu was quick and easy. The salads were a good size. The added salmon was delicious. They don’t have avocados.

Good burgers and steak. Was there during a snowstorm and it was packed. Waitress was hustling to keep up and did a great job. Decent beer selection for a hotel bar. Will return next time I stay up there.

We ate there for our first time in February and the food was excellent!! The chef is amazing, the service was okay.I had the tortellini dish and it was delicious ❤️ We also went last night for the St.Pattys event with the buffet and it was again absolutely amazing.The chef did a terrific job once again.Staff was great as well and the entertainment was just perfect!

The food was good and the server was friendly but this place was under staffed. One girl working the bar and the tables. She was also taking room service orders on the phone. Everything took a long time because she was doing everything. The lights were only on in half the room. Wasn’t sure if they were open at first. Menu is decent. This could be a good place but right now it is not.

They lost money as they never offered us additional drinks
Never refilled,our water glasses, we had to,do,it ourselves
I,had to go to bar to,get second drink
And they need a NEW chef, badly

Service was terrible server forgot about us more then once. Very slow ppl were served after us when me and my family were seated first. My drink tastes like a foot the bartender was our server they seem short on staff. Food was disgusting stay wasn’t great ether never again.

A very cool place. Good live music on Fridays. Fairly priced food, very nice menu. Friendly staff. Good mix of locals and hotel guests. Parking right outside away from hotel (a real plus). Convenient location off 87.
