I’ve ordered from here many times before with 0 issues. Today the sausage gravy was yellow and salty, it tasted like someone took country gravy and mixed it with chicken gravy. The hangover omelet tasted like it was made with burned butter and was very dry. The funnel cake fries were overcooked and hard. Very disappointed considering the cost of the food.

Hadn’t been in Windhill for a few years. Was still so pleased with our sever and the food. My poached eggs were too hard but, they were happy to make new ones that were perfect! Everything else was fabulous. Christmas decorations and music was absolutely wonderful! Will make the trip more often.

Attentive service, fun variety of food and drinks. The lavender lemonade (alcoholic) was delightful, and I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of flavor from the noodles and eggs dish. Windhill is wonderful for families or to meet friends.

I was really excited to try this place, pass by it all the time and it’s always packed. However our breakfast was very disappointing my burrito fell apart the second it got to the table. Way too much salsa. My moms country skillet barely had any eggs and no sausage just gravy and hash browns. Service was great.

This was the neatest stop!!! Definitely a must-see if you have kids and if not, the food was amazing. I had the jalapeño popper omelet and it was HUGE and incredible. Sitting at the bar where the train comes to you and brings you your food was priceless. Our server, Molly, was incredibly kind and attentive. We will be making the drive to return in the future!

Cozy little place, server was friendly. Menus are old kids story books.. with the book still there to read! Loved that..Food was good, we’ll definitely be back.. this is a place you need to stop. They sure decorate for Halloween, can’t wait to see what they do for Christmas!

We’d been going to Windhill for years and always loved it – the food was fantastic, and the service was great. But we hadn’t been back in six years, and things have definitely changed. We were so excited to go back, but it was a huge letdown. The food was terrible, and the service was incredibly slow. We ended up leaving most of our food – such a waste of money. It’s so disappointing when a place you used to love goes downhill like that.
