Great Japanese dining experience at Wind
I had a great experience at Wind Japanese Restaurant. The presentation of the dishes was beautiful and very well done. I tried salmon nigiri, different sushi rolls with salmon and avocado, and grilled seafood skewers everything tasted fresh and well prepared.
The flavors were balanced, the ingredients felt high quality, and the sushi rice was perfectly textured. I also liked the variety on the menu, which makes it a great place whether you’re craving classic sushi or something a little different.
The atmosphere was clean and comfortable, making it a nice spot to enjoy a relaxed meal. Overall, a very satisfying experience and definitely a place I would return to.

My husband and I absolutely loved Wind Japanese & Thai! So far, it’s the best sushi we’ve had in Canada. The fish was incredibly fresh, and the size of the pieces was perfect, you can eat them in one bite without everything falling apart, just the way we like it. The service was great and the atmosphere very pleasant. We just don’t come more often because we live far from the city, but we’ll definitely return whenever we’re around!

95% of what we tried (and we tried a lot 🙂 we was really good.
Highlights:
-Salmon/ avocado on a crisp and soft hash brown with delicious sauce.
-Steamed Creamy -Custard Bun with a tender sweet potato filling
-Peanut Sauce Chicken
Jiwon was really great, helped us with the vegi dishes and assisted patiently to modify some of the dishes.

Wind truly stands out when it comes to service, food quality, and ambiance. When we get there, staff greeted us warmly and I felt a comforting sense of being not too far from home in PH. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this buffet restaurant. Special shoutout to Jolly, she was super nice and accommodating!
