By the slice not always a big choice, but still some of the best pizza for me. Buy a whole pie and pay to have them cook it extra crispy. It’s worth it. Service varies, as it’s sometimes really busy. As for atmosphere, hey, it’s a grocery store!

It’s good if you’re really hungry and can’t wait til later because you have to shop for food. Depends on which pizza you get though. I’ve have the ones they make up in front come out decent if you want to take one home for the family. I think pizza is better when it gets a chance to rest a while before eating.

I love WinCo. I shopped at Waremart before it was WinCo. I have been buying grinders from their pizza department since they had a pizza department. My problem is that over the past year I have asked for extra chicken on my sandwich, mainly to offset the carbs with protein, but the employees are telling me that they are not allowed to sell me extra chicken… That has to be one of the stupidest things that I have ever heard from a food business.. I can’t sell you more food… I would love to have a personal talk with the genius who came up with this idea…

Who would have thought the third (I think) best rated pizza in town would be in WinCo. Leonardi’s is actually my favorite pizza. Good old fashion simple pizza with a great sauce without all the disgusting sugar; not over complicated like most other places around town. Oh, and did I mention it’s dirt cheap? Just $10 for a large pepperoni, for a baseline.

One reveiwer wrote 4 years ago that there is no longer a Leonardi’s Pizza on Barger, but there most definitely is (inside WinCo) and it’s awesome. I have been getting pizza there since 2005 when I moved back to OR and it is a family favorite. You have a choice between bake-your-own or baked (for $1 more), they have pizza by the slice, one of the few official Icee machines left in Lane County and great daily specials. It’s like Papa Murphy’s 2.0! Plus you can place your order, do your shopping, pay for your order with your groceries and just grab it on the way out. Convenient, fast, and delicious!!
