I was excited to visit Wilson and Washburn as it has history to the building with a nice rustic vibe. There was a good selection of drinks, with a gastropub menu. The French onion soup was ok, but didnt stand out. The charbuff wing flavor and dipping sauce was good but the meat was off. The fish and chips had a great presentation, but made a mess when the breading didnt stick and had unseasoned fish underneath. Fries were great, the coleslaw was one bite and discarded. The lemon broccoli also discarded. The burger was not made to order. Drink refills were slow at a near empty establishment. At $101 for two this one is a no for me.

Went here because our first choice had too long a wait, talk about things happening for a reason. This is a cool, old building with exposed brick walls. Full bar with a lot of great beers on tap. A good variety of food to choose from. I had the fish & chips that came with Cole slaw. The Cole slaw had cumin on it & it was tasty! Our server was easy going & friendly. This place was part of a great night out!

This is an excellent pub. They have a good selection of beers on tap and very knowledgeable servers. The Fish & Chips is some of the best in Omaha. The Beet Burger with beet chips is so amazing that you will completely forget it is vegetarian. The Philly is a great sandwich but could use a little more cheese. If you are catching a show at the Orpheum, definitely try out this spot.

After living in Omaha for most of my life I’ve never heard of this place until today! I walked in and sat at the bar and was immediately served a nice cold glass of ice water! The Bartender Rai was super awesome and showed me the QR code for the menu!! After my party arrived we both ordered food! My partner got the Ruben with the house chips, and I got the Cheeseburger with the house chips, and we shared an order of fries. The cheese burger come with a delicious smoked ketchup!! And the burger patty was very well seasoned. I couldn’t get enough of the sauce. The house chips were absolutely delicious! Crispy and seasoned to perfection!! The fries were also cooked to perfection, AND they make their ranch in house, so it was amazing!! The only thing I was a fan of was the bun of the burger. It fell apart and got soggy way too quickly. Other than that both plates were devoured!! Service was amazing, food was top tier, and I can’t wait to come back and try the blackberry beer they have on tap!

We just held our holiday party here, and went to the Orpheum afterwards. Jeff was very responsive during the planning process making sure the space, food and drinks were tailored to our needs. The upstairs event space was spacious and with a great view of the downstairs bar, the food was unique and very tasty, and Casey our bartender was fantastic! Everything was organized, timely and all with great customer service! I highly reccomend this restaurant for special occassions and pre-show dinner/drinks before heading to the theatre! I would highly recommend Wilson & Washburn!!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Hidden Gem You Have to Try!
Wilson & Washburn is truly one of Omaha’s best-kept secrets. This hidden little gem absolutely blew us away! From the moment we walked in, the warm, inviting vibe made it the perfect cozy spot for date night.

Their craft cocktails are next-level—perfectly balanced, creative, and honestly some of the best we’ve had in the city. And the craft kitchen? Unreal. Every single dish was delicious, but the beet chips… OMG. Crispy, crunchy, flavorful perfection. And on a rainy day, their smoky tomato soup? Absolutely heavenly.

The service was incredible too—friendly, attentive, and you can tell the whole team truly cares about creating a great experience.

If you’re looking for amazing food, amazing drinks, cozy vibes, and top-notch service, do yourself a favor and go to Wilson & Washburn. This place is a 10/10 for us!

The food menu is small and a step above what you would expect from a pub. Everything is good. Love the smoked wings and beet burger (still great since the last time I went in 2018). For the drinkers, the cocktail and beer selection is great. There are also specials each day. Glad I came back with the family.

They were busy but we were seated right away. My husband started with a Scotch Egg. Other than being a little lean on the sausage layer he really enjoyed it, that mustard sauce was great! He also had the Smoked Tomato Soup and loved everything about it!

I kinda figured he’d go with the Smoked Meatloaf Sandwich. Honey cream cheese, Spinach, Sautéed peppers and onions, Jalapeño jam. It had a lot going on but it totally worked. He loves Meatloaf and went on and on about the Ciabatta it was served on!

Fish & Chips were super yummy! Great beer batter, so flaky and crispy! Exactly what you want them to be! I order this everywhere and I’d say it’s definitely in the top 5 I’ve had. Tartar was good, hand-cut fries were perfect. Coleslaw was different with a southwest flavor but I enjoyed it as well.

Our server was brand new but mostly did a fine job keeping up. The vibe in this place is awesome and we really enjoyed the rock music blasted overhead . I see how this place has earned its popular reputation and following!

Fish needed more salt and coleslaw was dry and tasted like chilli powder. waiter was to busy talking to notice our food had been up for 5 mins. Mind you there was like 7 people in here including us. So I got up and asked if I can grab my food. Since everyone else had their food I knew it was ours. Then cook offered to bring it out and waiter walked up say I’m sorry. Didn’t check if everything was good or if we needed any refills. Was not impressed.
