I had such a great experience at Willy’s thanks to Devon and Michael! From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, professional, and attentive. They made sure my order was prepared perfectly and took the time to ensure everything was fresh and exactly how I wanted it.
Their positive energy and teamwork really stood out — you can tell they take pride in providing excellent customer service. It’s always refreshing to be served by people who genuinely care about the customer experience.

Second time at this location and the food was not good either time. The chicken was dry, tasteless, and not cut up. Huge chunks that were hard to chew. The rice was hard and overcooked. My order was incorrect. Will not return.

I am from Cleveland, OH and I was brought here by my Girlfriend to try the food here and I WAS NOT disappointed!!!
First of all, the smells emitting from this place were EXTRAVAGANT!!!!
I knew the minute that I walked in here…I was in for some awesome food!!
I seen 2 Young men, working hard to get orders made.
And I seen this older woman (with a voice that felt like a warm hug)running register and when she asked me if I needed a drink and called me “Baby” with her Southern accent…..I knew this food was made with love.
I knew that this place would leave me feeling alot better than when I walked in.
The food was awesome!!
Definitely better than Chipotle.
The service was awesome. Polite, knowledgeable staff were present.
The music and overall feel of the place was great!!!
And the Raspberry Lemonade was LITERALLY the best Lemonade I have ever had!!!
I will definitely be returning!!

The food was very good. Ms. Tracy gave excellent service and greeted me as I entered and exited. The speed of service could have been better. There shouldnt only be one person making orders but I appreciated her being kind, giving good customer service, and my food being exactly what I wanted.

Not the same Willy’s from previous years.
Been a frequent customer of this particular location and sadly the quality has gone down. Today was the guac that I paid extra for, it was older than earth history. Chips also are not the same or maybe they were old. Improve or your loyal customer will think twice in coming back.

Excellent experience at Willy’s on Cumberland! Brand Todd provided exceptional service and really made our dining experience stand out. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. Brand went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made great recommendations. We’ll definitely be back soon and highly recommend Willy’s and Brand Todd to anyone looking for a fantastic meal. One of the best restaurants in the area!

Great attitude, food ok— but teamwork needs improvement
I came in after church to grab something to eat and was helped by a young man named Michael. From the moment I walked in, I could tell he was working hard and doing his best to keep things running smoothly. He was polite, respectful (“yes ma’am, no ma’am”), and kept a pleasant attitude even while clearly juggling a lot on his own.
There were two gentlemen ahead of me, one placing several orders, and Michael handled it all calmly and courteously. However, it was clear he didn’t have much help. There was a young woman in the back washing dishes, and another older woman near the front who seemed to be talking more than assisting. I’m not sure if she was a supervisor or just helping with other tasks, but during a busy time, she could have stepped in to support the front line.
At one point, Michael had to go to the back to get more cooked meat, and customers were left waiting and unsure what was going on. Instead of helping, the other woman continued chatting. I eventually asked her to come assist, and although she did, she didn’t seem very willing.
Overall, the food was good, and Michael deserves recognition for his excellent attitude and work ethic under pressure. But this location would really benefit from better teamwork and leadership during busy times. When one employee is overwhelmed, others should step in — not stand by.
