My experience at this Willy’s Mexican restaurant was like all the other ones I’ve visited so far—consistent and reliable. The food came out fresh, the portions were generous, and everything tasted just the way I expected. I ordered my usual, and it had that same balance of flavor and seasoning that keeps me coming back.
The service was quick and efficient, nothing over the top but polite and straightforward. The restaurant itself was clean, with a casual and relaxed atmosphere that makes it easy to sit down and enjoy your meal without feeling rushed.

The food is always delicious! I will find a Willy’s where ever I am. The customer service was great. The dining area is spacious for a family or group to eat. The restaurant was clean and the sauce bar was too!

There was an issue with my order due to the app limitations, however the staff went above and beyond to fix my order. Everyone was really nice even though it was lunch rush. Most other place I go someone would have rolled their eyes but not here they fixed it and all with a smile on their face!

Visited this Willys yesterday for the first time.
Service was on point. Food was good, and flavorful. I was greeted and the staff were polite. Not sure if the young guy was new or not but he seemed confused. Which is to be expected if he is a new employee so not too worried about that. What caused me to give a 3 star review is that, there were TONS of gnats by the self serve salsa bar, as well as on the tables. I was dining in and decided to leave due to the gnats. Next time I’ll order takeout if I notice the gnats again.

I can’t say enough about the wonderful customer service and staff at the Hammond Drive location. I ran in the store tonight at 8:55 pm, five minutes before they closed and felt terrible I was keeping the staff waiting. What I encountered is something that never happens to me. Ever. There was a lady in front of me who noticed me walk in while she was ordering and immediately turned my way. She apologized for taking so long with her order and I laughed and said it was absolutely not a problem and I was just happy they were open. As she was paying for her order, she turned and looked at me again and said “I’ve paid for your dinner, have a wonderful evening”. I was so overwhelmed by not just her beautiful act of kindness, but also the fact that every staff member working had a smile on their face and didn’t seem to mind I ran in right before closing. The customer service at the Hammond Drive location is something rare these days and it was just so wonderful to encounter people who still care and show true respect and kindness for another person. Kudos to these team members for their dedication and commitment and thank you to the kind stranger who helped another person just because she felt the need.

There was a Latin man working the food line today he was very rude when we told him we have a dairy and he proceeded to put pico filled with cheese in it in our bowl and I expressed it to him a second time. He got visibly upset and threw the bowl away and started to remake the bowl and I asked him do they have any pico that doesn’t have cheese in it (with my diary allergies considered)he got upset and started speaking in Spanish under his breathe and I don’t speak it fluently but I know enough to know he cursed me. I’ve been going there for a year now but after today I will Never visit this location ever again!

I often swing by this location after work. Friendly, fast service every time, food is always fresh. Willy’s is great, and this location does it right!
