I come here at least twice a week. All of guys are always so nice and pleasant. However, Devante just might be my FAVORITE airport employee. I’ve eaten at every single restaurant in the airport so I’ve encountered many ATL restaurant employees (iykyk) Devante is always extremely pleasant as well as professional. He’s a breath of fresh air in an airport NOTORIOUS for terrible customer service. I eat Willy’s not only because of the food, but the friendliness and professionalism of the staff especially on Devante’s shifts.

What stood out more than the fresh food, vegan tofu, veggies and solid flavors was how awesome the staff were! They rocked it! Very friendly and working super hard, I really admire how much they put into their work. From some reviews on HappyCow I wasn’t expecting much, but the burrito was as good as any I’ve had at a fast food burrito joint. Well done!

I really enjoyed the food at Willy‘s Mexicans Grill. I got a steak burrito. The flavor in the steak was really good and I enjoyed it. I would definitely get it again. It was irritating that the people in front of us asked for nachos and the employee told them they didn’t sell those. They then pointed to the board and said it’s right there. He then reluctantly got them some. Then my daughter asked for nachos and he said they’re out. It felt more like he just didn’t want to be inconvenienced to go and retrieve them. The other employee did not do a good job of listening to my other daughter order and put wrong stuff on it. Bad customer service is the reason for the four stars instead of five which is what I would normally give this place.

Cali breakfast burrito was excellent. Good value for the size. Staff Jan 1st 6am: very friendly and went out of the way to make sure my potatoes were crispy. This corner of the airport is quite relaxing overall.
