Went to this restaurant didn’t really know anything about it. I never heard of it, but I love Mexican food I had to try it out. The atmosphere was great the food was amazing but Shawntrell Milner made the experience so much more enjoyable with her attitude and great personality she did a great job at making my time here so enjoyable I will definitely be back. And if you’re heading in there to eat ask for shawntrell you will not be disappointed.

Visited Willy’s today after lunch around 2. Ther location on Howell Mill Rd. The staff was friendly, restrooms were clean. The beverage area was organized and clean. The lobby inside and out needed a little more attention but it was ok. The speed of service was great. There eas hardly anyone there.
The problem is the food. They offer a brisket but it taste like sweet bbq pork. The quality of the product was very poor and the taste was even worse. I paid $14+ for this meal. Which was horrible. Stick to Chipotle. The burrito is larger at Chipotle, the food has more flavor. and is a better value for your money.

This Willy’s is awesome. The each person working spoke and acknowledged me when I entered. The staff was very helpful when I was placing my order. The person who processed my sale was extremely courteous. They are so much better than other locations.

They literally gave me watered down beefy cheese. It was dripping like liquid and one large clump of cheese as if the cheese wasn’t mixed up. I won’t come back to this location again. The didn’t even give me a receipt so I can’t make my complaint to corporate. I took videos though for proof. I couldn’t even come back for them to fix it because I was on break at work.

I went to Willie’s last night with my son. We were greeted by all the staff when we walked in. The restaurant was clean and the food was hot and fresh. The manager, Rhonda was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. I’ll be sure to come back to this location .

visited your location today and was greeted with a very unacceptable attitude from one of your employees. I’m not sure of their role or identity, but when I tried to place my order and asked for light beans, the employee rolled their eyes and looked off to the side. When I asked if there was a problem, they responded with, “I can’t look?” and continued to antagonize me simply because they didn’t like my tone.
The situation escalated to the point where the employee attempted to come from behind the counter as if they wanted to fight me. This behavior is completely unprofessional and unsafe. On top of that, their appearance was not up to standard — yellow teeth, no hair net, and wearing regular clothes instead of a uniform.
I strongly believe this location needs to be reviewed and the staff’s behavior addressed. Customers should not be treated with disrespect or feel unsafe when simply trying to order food.

I think this is probably the worst willy mexicana I’ve been to. With Roswell rd being the best. First of all, every time I come here, they are out of something and you might have to wait for them to prepare something. This time it was rice and the onions and peppers which thru cooked for 30 seconds and they were still raw. The food looked as if it had not been stirred. After my friend and I got our half warm food. We sat down and it seemed as if the entire staff came to follow. The one young that started our food was in the dining room with her gloves on touching her face, her phone and her hat. Just touching everything with her gloves on. Gross and then proceeded to go back behind the counter to the food touching things on the hot table and wiping the counters. I won’t be back.
