I’ve been craving good Mexican fast food and had grown tired of the “other” places, so after passing by Willy’s time after time, I decided while sitting in Starbucks drive thru line, to give them a try. Boy, am I glad I did. The restaurant was neat and clean; the young ladies working that night were so sweet and patient with my silly questions; and the food was just what I’d been looking for! Everything was delicious, and I even chatted it up with some other customers while I waited. Thank you, Willy’s for making my first visit an awesome experience.

First of all, if you’re reading this, you’re blessed to be in the willies.In Tucker, this is the greatest location with the best service that I’ve ever been to.As a United States, army veteran that loves to eat whether it’s Spanish or other type of food willies is one of my favorites and the experience here is irreplaceable Michelle, Jocelyn and Tamaya are 3 of the greatest ever working here at Willie’s.And I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them. My food came out picture.Perfect, absolutely cannot replace this location.I live in Noonan, Georgia, which is almost an hour away from this location.And if I could , I would drive from noonan to this location every time that I have a taste for willies , and I put that on my life.Great job guys

The employee Martin was VERY professional and polite. I could tell he really enjoys his job and it shows by the way he greets and treats customers, I was very impressed…I can’t forget Earl who was working the register, he too was very nice/professional…the food was great however, I will say the Salsa bar was a little dirty, and they were out of Salsa except one flavor, a frequent cleaning of that area would be more appealing as there was dried Salsa were customers spilled it everywhere, I actually wiped it down w/napkins myself…Lastly, the food was good, presentation and they play great music, a little loud but nice tunes were playing while I waited for service…Overall 5 stars, EXCELLENT Customer Service outshines the small issues.

Im a fan of Willy’s but this is my least favorite location. The food always taste burnt. Every single time I order the steak is burnt. Please do a deep clean of your cook top and double check your to-go orders. Im always missing my extras. It’ll be awhile before I return.

Tuesday was my first time at Willy’s Mexicana Grill and I must say that I was extremely satisfied and impressed. Based on the comparable food chains such as Moe’s and Chipotle, I like their selections more. The soup was fantastic and I will definitely visit again. It is neat and people are friendly. That’s all one could ask for.

I purchased Queso and chips. Half of my bag of chips were broken up pieces of chips. I let my guard down and didn’t check the chips prior to leave. I’m good on them…..
