I am writing to share feedback from a recent visit that was genuinely disturbing and concerning.
When we sat down, there was a broken booth with exposed wood and a nail sticking out, with a broken board laying loose on the ground. I brought this to a staff member’s attention and was told maintenance had been notified over a week ago. Regardless, a protruding nail and loose board pose an immediate safety hazard and should not require a maintenance visit to at least remove or secure. The fact that the board had clearly been left on the floor for an extended period also raises concerns about whether the area beneath had been cleaned at all.
Beyond that, the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was alarming. There was a heavy buildup of dust on the walls and vents—so much that it was visibly falling, almost like flakes (can be seen in photos) This goes far beyond dirty tables and points to a lack of routine cleaning and maintenance over a long period of time.
While waiting for our food, my 10-year-old—who was sitting at the only booth that appeared somewhat clean—came to me and said she didn’t trust the food because of how dirty the restaurant was. Hearing that from a child speaks volumes.
This experience was not just unpleasant; it was repulsive. I have never felt compelled to write feedback to a business before, but the lack of basic care, sanitation, and safety was impossible to ignore. Frankly, if the dining area is in this condition, it is difficult to imagine the state of the kitchen.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed immediately.

This is my favorite The Willy’s…… The food is good and they stuff their burritos with the best stuff….. I would give this place 6 or 7 stars out of 5 if I could…. Briam, Kevin, Shua, and E are phenomenal burrito wizards….. Also, Fowler (The polite young jewish fellow) is truly a delight to interact with…… I highly recommend the Maize, the Bottled Water, and the Gazpacho!!!!!
P.S. What kind of Willy’s doesn’t have bacon?

Bryan is amazing. The atmosphere when he is there is truly incredible. All the staff is great but Brian always makes my nachos PERFECT. Seriously I mean great job guys girls. I love this store and them.

We came in and got 2 create your bowls. The portions size are completely ridiculous. I asked for cheese and got 4 little pieces. Their prices are but portions size are smaller. The young man behind the counter had head phones in both ears and couldn’t hear what the guest were asking for. Very unprofessional.

Let me preface this review with I love Willy’s… I’ve been going for almost 15 years now it seems. They definitely have one of the best burritos in Atlanta.
But there’s something strange about this location… every time I’m here it feels like the people working in the store have no idea what they’re doing. It’s just a strange vibe. I think the manager knew something was off because he kept apologizing to me for the waits… but either this place is understaffed or the staff they hire are undertrained.
Also, just felt like it was weirdly dirty, I couldn’t even see through the glass pane where they make your burrito. Grime buildup for what seems like a matter of days.
Idk! Not what I get when I go to the Willy’s in East Cobb… maybe this one is just run differently…
Burrito though… 5 STARS (As Always)

My brother and I have been coming to this Willy’s on a weekly basis for a couple years now. We keep coming back because the food is great and the atmosphere is even better. Bryan is the man, and he has a great team around him. I love the days when Bryan is the one running the playlist. My man has the JAMS going.

I love the little Jewish boy that works there! I think he goes by Fowler, but he is the one of the most energetic, caring, and respectful individuals in the area. The food is great and I love the music that Brain plays. Best Willy’s I’ve been to by far.

Kevin, Winter, and Eric did a phenomenal job on our taco boxes. They were done early, and Kevin helped us load the taco boxes into the car. When we got home, food was great. Will order again. Kevin is my favorite vegetable.
