*** Went back to Willie’s while on vacation August 29, 2024… Still has great, tasty food at reasonable prices!! Good service too! Added photos showing the restaurant, menu & food we had.

We had to come check this place out after overhearing someone’s conversation about it. It is definitely a locals’ hangout! Great food & very, very reasonable prices!!! The servers were friendly too which is a plus… Everything we ordered was delicious! Make sure to come hungry because they give generous portions. I recommend the onion rings, fried mac ‘n cheese and turkey balls which remind you of Thanksgiving dinner because they’re fried stuffing balls served with turkey gravy and cranberry sauce. So delicious!!! The Tuesday special of fried fish, tater tots and slaw was tasty! My husband liked their chicken livers too. Give it a try!!!

Fun little dive bar. We stopped for a drink and an appetizer. Really want to try the deviled eggs. If you love relish then this is for you as it was very relish heavy. Drinks were good. Prices very reasonable. We hear they are known for their burgers so looking forward to getting back over to try them.

For the beach, you would think that the menu, and it’s prices were a misprint. It is not! Great prices and great burgers! We stood for 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged our existence, But, once we were on the list, we were in, and treated like family. The big gooey was a favorite and the tater tots were quite nice!

Talk about the best seafood quality for the price? I had the sea scallops blackened with rice for less than a Big Mac meal? Are you serious? Such amazing food and prices to match.

The wait to get seated is a bit ridiculous; there was no one talking or acknowledging who was standing waiting on a table. We did get sat in under 10 minutes, which was nice as they were busy. The food is wildly over priced 5 lobster bites for $12 and 5 poppers for $9. The table service was very slow and sporadic. They were out of Elote bites. They wouldn’t let us order our apps and entrees together. Which is fine but then they didn’t come back until we were well done with the apps by then.

My friends and I from Michigan came to Willy’s on 3 different occasions. Each time our service, drinks, and food were great. The portions are HUGE and cheap! I highly recommend Willy’s. Only downfall is they only seat parties of 7 or less.

Great place, location, food & staff. It’s so nice to be able to enjoy an evening out….by the beach….sitting outside taking in the salty air while sipping on an ice cold brew. Awwww great time! We enjoyed the Chicken Philly, Steamed Shrimp, Bubba’s Turkey balls….Thanksgiving on a plate and pulled pork sandwich and scrumptious onion rings. There’s plenty of options at the beach vibe area. We loved our choice of Willy’s.

We come to St. Pete FL every year from Iowa. We love fresh seafood and cold beer with great service and tip 30%. We normally hit Drunken Clam and Willey’s. We tried Woody’s last night as we are staying in Gulf Winds Condos and we were very disappointed. However at Willey’s…….We have not had a bad meal there and the service is phenomenal. I can’t drink beer super fast but they will bring me a glass of ice with no problem. At Willey’s $14.95 for 25 larger shrimp. Woody’s maybe 12 for $16.95 and the server never checked on us for over a hour. Walk an additional 100 ft to the right and go to Willey’s. Especially if you want the you peel em steamed shrimp. This pic is Willey’s shrimp. Just ate there and stuffed. Go to Willey’s. Anna was our server tonight and she was fantastic but all are. We have never had a bad one. The wings and salads are awesome too. The BIG GOOEY is phenomenal.
