Out of state stop for us. Being from Jacksonville FL we have some great wings and tenders. Just thought Alabama would show us something. Very disappointed. Chicken tenders & cheese sticks were your basic frozen fried. Could’ve done better at any basic chain fast food joint. The Texas toast was toasted on one side. The extra star is for the honey mustard wings. Those were good. The auburn haired young girl at the counter left little to be desired. Poor customer service is a sore spot for me. She had horrible customer service. I asked what one of the wing flavors was and the I don’t know answer and attitude was horrible. The dark hair girl was sweet and working hard, trying to serve and keep dining area clean. Screens at every table that didn’t work. Half menu screens worked and the other half kept flashing off and on. We really thought this place would hit but definitely a miss. Don’t waste your time or money. Just go to Jacks right down the street.

Ordered two wing specials. Mild w/lemon pepper (missing pic)… hot hot extra sauce…both fried crispy…add fries instead of celery. One order of fried pickles . Everything was A-1. Most definitely will stop by again if passing through.

Not good at all, ordered a cheese burger all the way. Came with no cheese, an lettuce, tomato, mayo on the side. I had to build it myself. Also came with only 4 onion rings. Between my order and my son’s order it was like $35. Not worth it to me. Won’t be back.

I recently visited your restaurant and was disappointed. I noticed an employee was smoking marijuana in the parking lot. I ordered the five-finger plate with sweet tea, but the tea tasted bad, and I was short one chicken plate. The food wasn’t fresh, which is unacceptable given the prices.

Every time we eat here I am floored at how long it takes for them to complete orders. I have come to expect an almost 30 min wait when we come here. The food is good and service is good. But I just can’t get over the length of time it takes to get orders filled. The pic below cost me $30. No drinks or anything.

Very disappointed to have spent $50+ on an order, only to find missing or incorrect items in the bag. Normally I will check my order before pulling away from a drive-thru window, but we had already waited an extended period of time to get it & I did not want to hold the car up behind us any longer. Anyway, ordered the Willy T’s (chicken tender) sandwich as fried, also asked to make it a combo (3x). No fries were put in the bag to complete the combo. Also found that the sandwich had been grilled, which really isn’t a problem for me, except for the fact that nearly every bite I took had hard gristle in it. After maybe 3 bites, I gave up & tossed it. Also ordered cheesesticks with ranch, got no ranch. Asked for 4 extra dipping sauces with extra payment in hand, girl at window said she’d just give it to us. Opened the bag & they’d been spilled all inside the bag. Definitely not a $50 experience, unfortunately.
I’ll also add that we are not from that area, so had we not been on the way back home, I probably would have just turned around & taken it back. But it just wasn’t a convenient option to do so.

I ordered the sampler that comes with 4 chicken strips, 2 cheese sticks, fries and toast. I’m telling you, they brought out the smallest portion of fries I’ve ever seen served at a restaurant. The other people’s orders had way more fries. The chicken strips were extremely thin and small. The chicken was also cold as if it had been sitting for awhile. I was planning to ask for a water cup to drink but was never given the option. Instead, I was charged and additional $3 for a soft drink cup. $17 for this underwhelming meal. I promise I will never ever give this establishment my money again. 0 stars if I could honestly give it. Oh, the server had an extremely rude demeanor as well.

This place has seriously gone down hill in the last several years with there flavorless skinny chicken tenders. The food is just bad now, I might as well drive to Dothan to one of the many chicken places that are way better. I loved this place as a kid and teen but it’s changed way too much and not for the better. Also one of the ladies was rude to my friend as well. Don’t waist your money.

Stopped in to get finger food for the drive to the airport, so it was a to go order. The breading was so thick and overcooked on one order and undercooked with slimmy chicken on another. The wings were so small and had no meat. The fries were cold. Just ended up throwing it away and stopping someplace else for food. We should have checked the order before we left the establishment because I would have asked for my money back, but we were on the road, and it took longer than expected to get the order.
It was way too expensive for the quality and a waste of my money. I am surprised this place received an award……
