Great place to go grab a cocktail and hang out for a few hours watching folks jump off the back of the upper deck! Good fun for all! We had teenagers with us, so we went mid-afternoon to avoid any possible nighttime “adult” activities… Willy T’s can get a bit rowdy in the evening… so we hear! LOL Our mid-afternoon was awesome family fun! Will return for sure…

Willy T’s — Norman Island, BVI
Vibe: ★★★★★ | Food: Who cares | Drinks: Dangerous | Decision‑Making: Questionable

Willy T’s is less of a restaurant and more of a floating social experiment where the only constant is chaos and the only rule is “don’t drop your phone in the water.” If Pirates Bight is the classy older sibling who tries to impress you with atmosphere, Willy T’s is the wild cousin who shows up uninvited, hands you a rum drink, and convinces you to make choices you’ll be explaining to your friends for years.

You don’t *go* to Willy T’s for the food. You go for the stories.
You go for the people‑watching.
You go because someone in your group says, “We should just stop by for one drink,” and you know — deep down — that this is a lie.

The moment you tie up, you’re greeted by music loud enough to rattle your fillings and a crowd that ranges from sunburned sailors to people who look like they’ve been living on this boat since 1998. The drinks come fast, strong, and with the subtlety of a cannon blast. Order a Painkiller here and you’ll understand why half the bay is anchored within swimming distance.

The food?
Let’s just say it exists. It’s edible. It’s fine. But nobody in the history of the British Virgin Islands has ever said, “You know where we should go for a gourmet meal? That floating bar where people jump off the top deck after three shots of rum.”

What Willy T’s *does* deliver is pure, unfiltered Caribbean entertainment. Someone’s dancing. Someone’s yelling. Someone’s trying to negotiate with gravity. And someone — always — is making a decision they will regret by sunset.

And honestly?
It’s glorious.

**Final verdict:**
If you want fine dining, go somewhere else.
If you want a story you’ll be telling for the next decade, climb aboard.
Willy T’s is a five‑star experience in the category of “I can’t believe that just happened.”

This place is a must visit. IT IS NOT FOR CHILDREN. It is like bringing your kids to an Adult Book Store. Just don’t do it. 18 and up

My friends and I are just coming off a fun-filled week sailing the BVI’s and were excited to visit the famous Willy T’s our last day of the trip. However, we were in for a rude awakening upon arrival. We were told multiple times to leave and that we would not be served. At first we thought it was a joke so we stood around and chatted with other guests. I asked the bartender if the naked jump is still awarded with anything and he said if I spent the night with him then I could get a reward. I was not pleased with this comment. When we tried ordering food, the employee was rude to my face and said he wouldn’t serve us and we need to leave, then he walked away. We were all dumbfounded and a friendly customer who is familiar with Willy T’s said it was due to our pirate outfits. Willy T’s will NOT serve “pirates”. We had a fun week at sea and went all out with theme days where we dressed in fun ways. Our last night we had a blast putting these pirate outfits together. I am very disappointed by the staff here. Be warned if you plan to go here.

This is a major tourist attraction only reachable by boat and it is a floating bar / restaurant. There are two levels with the top being just tables you can eat or drink at and people doing the typical jumping off into the water. The food was pretty good but the hamburger I’m told is the best thing on the menu. I had it and thought it was pretty good but more about the atmosphere than the food. There is a bar downstairs and they have huge openings in the wall so you can see the water and look out which is cool.

Willy T is exactly what it looks like: a floating bar where chaos is basically the dress code. Drinks arrive fast – the Painkillers hit hard – and at some point, people start diving off the side for no obvious reason.
The bartender, Paul, was fantastic… in his own way.
Meanwhile, Danny was quietly brilliant. Calm, collected, genuinely enjoying himself while the madness unfolded. Between Danny keeping things grounded and Paul doing his thing behind the bar, the night was memorable in exactly the way Willy T promises.
Loud, ridiculous, a little absurd, and completely worth it!

This floating bar off Norman Island is an absolute blast and unique experience. We visited around noon with a group of adults, young adults and teens, so we were lucky it was pretty quiet at the time. We heard this place can get pretty packed and rowdy, so it was nice to have the whole boat to ourselves.

Jumping off the top deck is a must! The kids could have done this all afternoon. The pub grub and drinks were very good. They had menu options for everyone. Service was very friendly.

Definitely an experience worth trying if you’re in the BVI’s!

Fun ship to go have a drink on. Everyone loved that you can jump off the back of it from the second story. Seems like a big attraction you have to see when you’re out there. Bartender was nice, drinks were good.

Great place with a fantastic atmosphere. We got there early (8pm) and I commented that we came too early as things didn’t get going yet. One of our group commented that we might just be 20 years too late (cause of our age and all). Things got going around 9pm and it was a lot of fun. Cheap painkillers and fun music. Thank you goes out to the bartenders that asked the girls dancing on stools to dance on the bar instead. Safety first!
