Overall this place was spectacular! My steak was a little undercooked, I think they might have got my date and I plates switched. But they more than corrected their mishap with a free dessert and putting my steak back on the grill. Make sure and dress up because the atmosphere in this place calls for it!

My wife and I have been married for 25 years and we choose a new restaurant to go to every year. This year marks 26 and we chose Will’s Chop House. It was the best restaurant we have ever chosen for our adventures. The food was delicious, the ambiance was outstanding, service was far above par and Will put on a song just for us to dance to on our special night. If you are looking for exemplary service and great food, THIS is the place. Thank you Will for a night we will not soon forget.

about a month ago, we made a reservation for dinner following the concert we attended. I like that they use OpenTable for reservations, soooo easy!!
The host greeted us upon arrival, checked us in, and escorted us to our table.. our first impression was, What a Wonderful place with LOTS of charm! Our wait staff was prompt, offered to take our drink order, explained specials, and such..
We enjoyed looking at all the finishes, paintings, and just taking a moment to take in the ambiance of the place.. It’s Wonderful!
We opted to share the 16oz Ribeye, and man were we impressed. Often at other restaurants, roughly 20% of the steak is fat or Gristle.. not the case at Will’s.. The steak was cooked to perfection, just like we wanted, Medium Rare.. It was seasoned well and as a result, was quite tasty.
We were pleasantly surprised with the wine selections and pricing. We ordered a bottle of red to pair with the steak!
Our food came out hot, cooked appropriately, and served with a smile.. Our waiter checked on us frequently.
We were so full, we had to pass on desert!…
After we finished our dinner, while sipping our wine and enjoying the evening, the owner stopped by our table to introduce himself and visit! Will was quite engaging, personable, and was a pleasure to visit with. Will’s is truly reminiscent of the old school steakhouses in Las Vegas. Will and his wife have brought in pieces, like the brass front doors, antique Bar, suede booths, to make this a dining experience..
On Google, I checked it out and the decor was the draw.. After dining there, Will’s has it all, Great food, Excellent Service, lovely furnishings. We will be dining there often!!

WE LOVED IT!! Service was very timely and our food was amazing!! Everyone was so nice and attentive. Lane was our server- extremely down to earth, relatable, and an attentive server. Will the owner is SO AWESOME, he stopped by our table to make sure we were doing okay and got to know us. We will definitely be back!

The atmosphere, the warm hospitality, and the incredible food all came together to create a truly memorable night. We left feeling grateful and can’t wait to return.

Had the absolute pleasure of dining at Will’s chop house this evening and it did not disappoint. Upon entering this beautiful establishment you’re great with warm and cozy vibes and pleasant people. We were sat at a table with the serve Jeremy who was not short of amazing and very tentative! He took the time to explain everything and made sure drinks were never empty! The meatballs were delicious and the steaks…chefs kiss!!! You can tell the good quality of the meat with how soft and tender it is! The owner Mr Will himself made sure to make rounds numerous times to ensure his patrons were enjoying their food and well taken care of! Needless to say..five stars and we will definitely be back! **my pictures do not do this food justice!!**

My husband and I had the best time dining at Will’s Chophouse! Our server, Jacob, was very personable, had great recommendations, and attentive! We meet the owner, Will, and he made us feel incredibly welcome with wonderful table visits. Our dinner was truly unforgettable.
The farm-to-table filet was delicious, perfectly temped, and had a perfect crust. With the steak was a side sauce that elevated the meal to a new level. If you visit on a night where crème brûlée is offered, do yourself a favor and get some! It was a perfect dessert to end the meal. I was impressed with how creamy and smooth the custard was.
On top of fantastic food and incredible service, the atmosphere was incredibly inviting and romantic. The art on the walls was interesting to look at, the warm lighting brought a cozy feel to dining, and the music was perfect. The atmosphere made it easy to stay in the moment and enjoy the experience! Both my husband and I were very impressed with all aspects of dining at Will’s Chophouse!

This was our first time and everything was great. You can tell they care about making fun and memorable experiences. The decor was cool and unique to SGF. The steaks we got were amazing. One of my friends got the flounder and loved the Cajun flair. A couple others got the spaghetti and loved it too. Check it out for yourself!

Came in with a large party for my little sister’s graduation and older sister’s birthday.
Staff were lovely and really put their all into making our celebration special. We brought in two cakes and our server graciously stored both of them, cut both of them at different times for each person being celebrated and made sure we had anything we needed.
Dinner was fantastic. I didn’t hear a single negative word from anyone at our table, which in our family is practically a miracle. The steaks were great, but the dish I feel deserves the most praise is bone-in pork chop. Hands down the best I’ve ever had.

Had our Valentine’s dinner here and loved every part! Service was spectacular. No rush through a very well paced meal. We could enjoy our food and time together, without feeling rushed by the server. Plus, she was phenomenal! The stand out was the food. Our steaks were cooked to perfection, and absolutely delicious. The sides were equally impressive. The owner took the time to visit with every table, and genuinely wanted to make sure everything was great. I could tell he would have fixed anything that wasn’t….but there was no need! So, in short, come here for a phenomenal experience and delicious food!
