I was overall super happy and impressed with my experience at Willow’s bagels. Although it took ~30 minutes to get our bagels, they were super good quality and tasted amazing. I would much rather wait a long time and get a good bagel than wait 10 minutes for a sloppy one. Service was good. It was super chaotic in there, and super busy, but obviously that is not their fault.
The atmosphere inside was very intense and crowded. It was so busy inside, and it felt like there was nowhere to stand. Though, for the taste and price of the bagel and coffee, I will most definitely be back.

Seriously one of the best gluten free bagels I have had! Most of them are usually dry and not filling, but Willow’s makes them in house and they’re so fresh and actually have substance! I had it with vegan cream cheese and it was perfectly toasted. I ordered online and then let them know at the counter when I was there. Highly recommend!

The coffee was excellent and well priced. The Bagels were ok. The female staff could be more friendly. No need to have an attitude on early morning of a beautiful Sunday!

One of the best bagel places I’ve ever been to. The Indy is an amazing sandwich. The staff is great and the coffee is tasty too. Only downside is that there isn’t a lot of indoor seating. I highly recommend this place.

I am in love with this spot! My husband and I went there every morning for breakfast when I was in town visiting my grandmother. They have so many awesome vegan breakfast options. We had a lot of fun creating new sandwiches every day. Thanks Willows!!

I really want to give this place 5 stars. The staff is really friendly.
The only problem I have is service inconsistencies. Sometimes bagels are made incorrect and hot lattes can come come out cold. Bordering luke warm. This has happened several times across multiple days.
I don’t want to point fingers but the issue does seem come down to one female individual on staff. My wife has noticed too.

The bagels come messy with cream cheese, warm (ordered not toasted), and they seem to use the same knife for everything. My cinnamon raisin bagel with strawberry cream cheese had everything bagel seasoning all over it and tasted oniony. Not super happy.

I usually stop at the Onion City Co Op on most trips to Burlington, and I had no idea this gem was right around the corner!! I’ll definitely be getting a bagel sandwich and baked good from here regularly. I tried the Rusko’s Carrot “Laux,” and it was more than I hoped it’d be — so hearty and flavorful. I loved the brine-y carrots and capers with the juicy tomatoes, bite of the red onion, and hefty schmear of cream cheese. There’s a reason why lox bagels are so popular, and if you’re vegan and gluten free, you won’t be missing out!! The carrot cake muffin was also super solid, and there was a lil personalized doodle on my bag — it made my day. Can’t wait to try more from Willow’s Bagels!
Update 7/13 – Came back to try the Cassie because I could not stop thinking about MAPLE CAYENNE PEANUT BUTTER. Like?? Why have I never thought to make my pb spicy? I will be doing so moving forward. Anyway, the gf bagel was great, the ratios were spot on, and all the employees are really nice!! Pro tip: ask them to cut gluten free bagel sandwiches because they are SO MUCH EASIER to eat that way (but maybe don’t ask if you’re very sensitive to cross contamination).

The bagel(everything bagel is the best) and cream cheese combo consistently impresses with its outstanding flavors. It firmly holds its place as our second favorite breakfast spot in New England.
Side note day old bagel is an outstanding value at $3.50 for six. A budget-friendly choice that doesn’t compromise on taste.
Side note two: Their strawberry pop tart was a unique and delightful vegan treat.

Need I say more? My friend and I split the spike bagel and the bolt sandwich (which was a special). She chose everything bagel for the spike and jalapeño cheddar for the bolt. The texture was nice, bagels were soft, and coordination of ingredients couldn’t be better. We ate outside on the picnic tables which brought our experience full circle. Hit the spot and added it to my google maps library. By the way, the picture does not do the spike bagel justice.
