Join us in a historical Stage Coach Stop & Tavern dating back to 1790…. Although we have been a bar & restaurant for well over 100 years! The old inn is full of rustic tools, amazing postcards, ledgers & carpentry work that will make you wonder how they did that. One Family owned & ran since 1968 our full bar is open Tuesday- Saturday with the exception of Wednesday Serving Dinners ONLY Friday nights 4:00-8:00 w/ Fish Fry’s, amazing steaks cooked on an open char pit in front of you & a full menu. No our first dining experience here, but my first review. The facility is a fantastically rustic bar/restaurant run by the same family for 56 years! and counting. The octagonal dining area gives full view of an open flame grill that gives great comfort and a home town feeling. Plenty of tables and chairs, quite nicely decorated open beam walls and ceiling. Our waitress/server, Vickie is a sweet woman, very attentive to your needs and quick on the draw with drinks and food delivery. A couple came in that hadn’t been in the area for decades and it was a pleasure listening to Vickie’s brief explanation of the restaurant and it’s history. The couple clearly felt very comfortable. On to our experience . . We enjoyed a cold beer, fresh made bread (banana and plain) and our appetizers as we briefly waited for our dinner orders. My small chef salad was just the size I ordered, garnished with a few green peppers, tomato, etc. My husband enjoyed a bowl of cheeseburger soup, he say’s was also delicious. Our meals arrived: mine was a fish fry with coleslaw, french fries, ample tarter sauce, and lemon. The FISH WAS COOKED PERFECT! I loved the nicely crisped batter with steaming tender fish when I pierced the batter with my fork. The french fries a similar to fresh cut size, and cooked perfectly, as well. My husband enjoyed a plate of fried breaded shrimp and french fries. Having enjoyed the shrimp on a previous occasion we knew it would be great! Clean shrimp, no tails, cooked and ready to pop in your mouth. Juicy and delicious. Plenty of cocktail sauce. It was nice to watch Chef Maureen cooking orders over the flame grill; a nice thick piece of pork, sizzling away. Such a great dinner and friendly people. Thank you! We will return!

Server was pleasant but food was not very good and it was very pricey. The fish was way overcooked almost burnt and what bar does not make margaritas. This is a very honest review. We will not be going back I did not ask for a frozen margarita I asked for a regular one and for the price we could have gotten much better food. I am sorry if my review offended you but we only went there because of the reviews which I personally don’t feel were very honest

Enjoyed dinner here with hubby. Food was absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly. Our waitress Vickie was a delight. Very pleasant and quite patient. I loved her sense of humor. The owner, she was kind and caring. We will definitely be back. Thanks for the great service

Went for a fish fry and had a lemon pepper broiled fish along with a clams casino broiled fish and they were both very delicious!! Nice flavorful pieces of fish as well. The waitress Vickie is super friendly and attentive. The owner Maureen is awesome with cooking meals and super friendly as well. On Saturdays there’s bands every weekend and it’s always a great time dancing and hanging with great friends.

The Willow Bend is rustic bar with a laid back attitude. We enjoyed the live music from the local band. I had heard that the alcoholic drinks where great but being the DD my soda from the bar was pretty flat. Definitely a great time though!

10 stars! The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The star was Vicky, our server. The place was pretty busy for just one server and one cook, but they pulled it off magnificently. When Vicky found out we would be attending a show, she made recommendations and expedited our order to get us out on time. I will definitely be returning.

Live music on Saturdays, good beer selection, they served Rohrbach’s scotch ale! Honestly some of the best chicken wings I’ve ever had, and the rest of the food was great, too.
Only complaint is no Genesee at a local bar seems kind of odd.

First time I had been in this bar. It was very nice and roomy. Bathrooms are nice a little tight but nice. Big dance floor and has room to eat. They have fish fry on Friday’s and Saturdays. It smelled awesome in there from the food, however I have not tried the food here, yet!

The place is great. the band is wonderful considering one man in the band had an Old Crows shirt on and my boyfriend who was with me is an old crow so that makes us really want to go back there and the drinks are reasonable and the music is great and service is great I think we’re going to get some new people to come in there and join the crowd

I’m not much for the bar scene, but a friend spoke highly of the wing’s. I happened to be in the mood for some and they usually are always better with a beer or two. Have to admit it was a nice time, it wasn’t to loud or to packed. Seemed about right. And the wing’s actually were pretty good. I’ll be back in when the mood strikes.
