Come check out our new menu! We have forty beers on tap, including fifteen rotating craft beer picks, and the largest wine selection in the area. The Williston Brewing Company is a great place for parties large and small. Selected appetizers are available for Happy Hour! Our bar is furnished with pool and shuffleboard tables and blackjack after 5 pm seven days a week. We accept reservations for groups of eight or more, and are equipped to accommodate much larger parties.

Williston Brewery surprised me in the best way. The atmosphere is cozy with that perfect mix of “local hangout” and “nice night out.” The staff was friendly, quick, and actually seemed happy to be there – which always makes the food taste even better.
Speaking of food… everything came out hot, fresh, and flavorful. The portions were generous (you definitely won’t leave hungry), and the menu had a little something for everyone. The craft beers were the highlight – smooth, balanced, and you can tell they take pride in what they brew.
The only tiny reason it’s not a full 5 stars is that it can get a bit loud when it’s busy, but honestly, that’s part of the charm of a popular spot.
Overall, Williston Brewery is absolutely worth the visit. Great food, great beer, great people. I’ll definitely be back!

I love going to the Brewery! I love the atmosphere, the food and the waitresses. I love on Sundays right now, they have special appetizers and the one we got was so large and nice! I feel like the food is just overall great food, you can have great company there and grab a couple of different items you otherwise wouldn’t be able to anywhere else. Including the jalepeno popper pizza. Whoever made ours put lots of cream cheese this time and it made my night and my afternoon the following day!
I also went and used a gift card that was purchased from a friend whom lives in Oregon. So it’s pretty cool to know you can purchase gift cards online and have it sent via text to whomever you choose.

Food was great. Server was terrible. Helped other tables around us and even had another server bring us drinks and food. Lighting was awful so dark I can only see my girlfriend’s white teeth and eyes. Bit my finger couples times. Good place if your vampire no cap.

The decor is the first thing that catches your eye as you enter, neat wood carvings and lighting just right for the mood. The food is quite good, and I look forward to trying other offerings from the menu. The demi glaze on the chicken martini was a little sweet for my liking and the texture of the ground pork in the potstickers wasn’t very desirable, but everything else I sampled was great.

The giant pretzel was pretty much the same taste and texture of your standard puffy French loaf at the grocery store. It wasn’t a true pretzel and it didn’t taste very good. I had the beer cheese dip all over my beard and waited quite a long time till I could finally gett the attention of one of the bartenders to bring me some napkins. The rifle door handles are awesome.

The Brewery is a beautiful place to eat or just go to have drinks. Very family friendly and also a great place to have small events such as Christmas parties or even birthday parties (more so for adults). They have a good selection of food and drinks and the service is also decently fast with friendly staff members.
