I found the remodel very refreshing. It was well organized and easy to pickup what you wanted quickly. It really needed an update and I think they did great! I ordered a sandwich and a german hot dog and both were really good. They had lots of sadwich, german hot dog, brat, standard hot dog, and sides to choose from. We really enjoyed our lunch! Thank you!

Shawna was so helpful and knowledgeable! She spent lots of time with us as we debated what to purchase for our freezer. The shop is clean and organized. Staff was very friendly. Prices are reasonable and we look forward to enjoying our bacon, pate, and sausages of multiple flavors.

What where they thinking with the remodel? We have been going there for years. Stopped in 6 weeks ago, and, wow. Completely different. The employee at the register never offered to help even though we were obviously looking at the chocolates. We had to ask her to help us, which she did, grudgingly. Smaller selection. Terrible decision from our experience.

We frequent here on our yearly trek to Frankenmuth and buy sausages to take home. It appears they’ve reduced the spices they put in the brats so now they’re rather tasteless. My wife and I sat down to eat some and we both mentioned how there’s no flavor. Well, we won’t be back sadly.

The. Best. Plain and simple. Don’t buy into the tourist trap restaurants, get yourself some imported goodies and made fresh sausages. We just finished up the first sampler pack, steamed on the cast iron then grilled then dropped in the sauerkraut after the heat was shut off. Left lid on for a final steam. Amazing! My 13 month old was going bananas for the knockwurst! Had the wine in the sous vide at 150 degrees and some Christmas music to ring in the season. Staff was very friendly and let us sample tons of stuff. I have to check if they ship!

Love this store. If you are looking for sausage get in here! Way more variety than the other sausage store in Frankenmuth. Decent selection of cheeses and other basic groceries. But defiently get their sausages. Sampler packs are great to try their different flavors. Worth the stop everytime!! Sausages have the traditional tastes of Deutschland
