Went to Willie’s for the first time for lunch and really enjoyed our meal. I had a great Willies Special hamburger with2 kinds of cheese, fried onions and a nice crispy edge to it and the onion rings. My friend had the French Dip and a house salad with blue cheese dressing. He especially like the softer roll that the French Dip sandwich came on, as opposed to the hard roll many places use. Jeff the chef/manager is very friendly and provided excellent service. The place does not take full advantage of its location on the river but we were able to walk around after to see the marina. It is very easy to get to but there is no signage along the way so check your map online ahead of time. We’ll be back!

Well it being a gorgeous Spring evening we wanted to be outdoors.
So we took a ride to Willie’s Harbor in Saint Paul Park .
It’s lovely reclusive spot , nice open airy tavern, outdoor patio .
We stayed for Happy hour and then sat outdoors for a bit in the sunny air ! There is Karaoke , Sunday Funday is a popular time for families!
Love the area , Bartender is sweet as pie .

Not very fond of the owner. I went to an event one evening The place was packed, I felt they were understaffed, the owner refused to help his staff when one of them asked as they were noticeably in the weeds. The owner laughed at the individual staff member as though asking for help was a joke. Throughout the night stuff was getting 86 (ran out of).

This place has Potential all around! A hidden gem.
With 2 floors. The 2nd floor (which is usually closed down, unable to access) has outdoor balcony seating. As well. As an event space and more. The whole place sits right on the rivers edge. It even has a boat launch due to the property stores boats and has what looks to be a kind of boat grave yard. Most people don’t even know the places there You have to take this one little dirt road that most won’t even notice if they drove by it.

We were looking for a new place for breakfast. We were there 2 hrs. One person on staff and it took forever to get our food. When we got it it was the worst breakfast ive ever had. Ive heard good things about this place and maybe there lunch or dinner menu and service is better, but id never go back. 2 hrs of our time and 45$ I’ll never get back.

Nice place has a upstairs for band and dancing. Also a downstairs for dining and drinks plus you can pull up to docks with you boat ⛵ to go into Willies…. From boat …. Band was great. ( Band was Hotel Blue ) didn’t eat so just drinks….

Thirty three years ago, my husband and I had our wedding reception at Willie’s. My husband surprised me last night by taking me there for a special evening to celebrate our anniversary. He had contacted Willie’s beforehand to ask if they would be able to assist in the surprise. The owner, manager, chef, and server exceeded expectations to make it an incredibly special and memorable evening, just as our reception had been. Thank you, again!

I found this hidden jem and I’m glad I did. I ordered the cheese curd burger and it was fantastic! The burger was homemade and made to perfection. It has a small town atmosphere and I definitely recommend this place to everyone!
