I just stopped in this William Chicken place and got this old reheated chicken and the reheated fries grease needs changing and the chicken taste old I will never stop at this place ever again and it’s dinner time this shit should be fresh called to report it to them no answer wish I can put no stars charge me for a pepper and didn’t even give me my pepper just sorry as hell

Well, not much for the semi lines to place my order. That being said, if the food wasn’t good there would be no lines. Plus the chicken is always fresh. Oh, and there seems to be enough of them placed around the greater DFW area. Go check them out if you want a tasty reasonably priced chicken bite.

DO NOT go to this Williams Fried Chicken #18
i went thru the drive thru on Feb, 01 at 1:35PM
i ordered the #6 ‘MEAL
The worker there was blasting music an singing and texting on his phone
I was quickly asked what i wanted to drink then the worker forgot my drink and receipt than my food was handed to me thru a window in LESS than a minute
As I was leaving the parking lot I saw an older gentlemen closing an leaving their gated dumpster as if he was back there smoking drugs leaving this poor boy inside
I got home opened up the box and i thought i had the wrong order.
There was brown gravy all over the box turns out it wasn’t gravy it was old chicken that had been sitting for so long that the breading around the chicken turned BACK into brown liquid! All my food was balding and exposed from the missing breading!
The menu say’s #6 includes 2 breast 1 wing 1 small frie 1 drink
I was GIVEN 3 old breast’s 1 cold frie an no drink
Again DO NOT COME HERE

Chicken was hot and fresh. The rice wasn’t what I remembered. It was greasy and mushy, with a few hard pieces of rice. Chicken was flavorful (maybe a Lil too salty, but good). Okra was on point. Service was to be expected… it’s William’s, not Chick Fil A.

What is this so you’ll giving people old chicken mixed with new chicken and not one piece of chicken was cooked properly the chicken had flour stuck to the back of the chicken and wasn’t cooked properly my rice was full of grease and taste blend and the fries was overcooked and not fresh you’ll need to be shut down and the health department need to close you’ll permanently you’ll going to kill someone and the rolls taste like they was placed inside of something that was spoil this place is trash don’t be surprised if you get food poisoning and I wasted money because the chicken went in the trash after we taste the first bite you’ll are nasty and lazy.

The fried chicken at Williams Chicken is fried crisp and served hot and juicy. It is not overly salty. Just perfect. The wing I got also included a large piece of the breast meat. The fried gizzard is okay. It lacked flavor. The service is great here tho. This location offers Drive-thru and walk-up service only.

I ordered the six pc livers and I think they just cut 2 or 3 livers up to make 6pieces. I’ve never seen any liver from any restaurant that small before, very disappointed! I will say the seasoning was good but the pieces were just ridiculous.

12 chicken pcs and 12 rolls was under $20 dollars! With inflation you would be spending over $30 at Popeyes or Golden Chick with same quality and taste. Only downside is the area but am guessing this is why it’s affordable. Again the area is not for the faith of heart

Every time I come here, i get friendly service. Good chicken or anything else that i order. I’ve been coming here for a good while. Owner and crew are always polite. Sometimes, there is a wait, and they will offer you a free drink for waiting.
