Reviews
Pricing is in line with typical Vegas steakhouses. A couple of side dishes could have used more seasoning—the macaroni and cheese and creamed spinach looked great but came up short on flavor. On the flip side, dessert and coffee were excellent, both in quality and value, which ended the meal on a high note.
Their wine pricing is vast and very fair priced.
I highly recommend making a reservation, and ask for Roger , he’s the best
A Valentines Celebration turned into a stunning Dining experience thanks to Steve Lazar, Chef Toshiba and Brandon our Server . It started with a complimentary and delicious passion fruit martini , followed by beautifully presented Chilean Sea Bass with Shishito peppers and ginger , Steak Filet , Creamy risotto and extra creamy polenta . A Tuscan Chopped Salad ( I want to eat everyday) , A old vegas style treat .. Shrimp Cocktail on ice ! The decedent French Onion Soup . Not to miss … AND … “Not your ordinary” Crème Brûlée , assorted selection of in-house breads, a very large carefully crafted wine selection. I will tell you everything was pitch perfect especially the melt in your mouth Filet from a specially selected beef source . I have had many , many prepared steaks in my career and life and I tell you please treat yourself to this steak candy … the polenta was creamy and lovely as was the risotto. There was a flare of citrus and fruit in many dishes that was just refreshing even the crème brûlée had notes of passion fruit custard, burnt sugar crust, fresh mango- best ever!
9+ Wagyu New York Cut from rosewood ranches had a divine crust that flavored this butter textured beef like no other I’ve ever tasted .
We were greeted by Steve Lazar-( the Manager of William B’s) a personable and lovely gentleman with only one goal as I watched him go around the restaurant – to make sure the diners are having the experience of fine dining in this warm and lovely atmosphere. His main concerns were the diners but his interactive staff communication and attention to detail working as a team was obvious . We asked to meet Chef Toshiba – he was very kind , proud and informative about his dishes. Humble and generous in his need to appeal to diners specific tastes. I can’t express his talent other than to say I would eat his food on the daily if I could !!!!
Our Server Brandon was extremely attentive, predicting our needs, knowledgeable about the menu and about the food preparation was very professional.. then combine that with a huge slice of friendly. You could tell his purpose was to satisfy his diners and treat them like family.
I remember coming to Vegas with my parents and being treated to Las Vegas hospitality… this restaurant was eye popping and decadent .
A beautiful dining experience made me nostalgic and I want to thank William B’s . Better than any strip restaurant right here in our Summerlin bubble … hurry and make your reservation for your next special meal at William “B”s .. you will NOT regret a single moment and you to will “fall in food love”
Happy Valentines everyone . And See ya there ! ❤️ ⭐️
The management and team are very engaging and welcoming ✨
It is a fine dining steakhouse with excellent food, service, ambiance and price. Roger, our server was fantastic, the Manager Bobby took the time to chat with us and we had a great time.
My daughter and I had the full course. They started with a sampler cocktail to start. We both also had cocktail and wine. For appetizer – Oyster Rockefeller, Crab Cakes and Oyster on the half shell. Table side bread service with a selection to choose from, a great touch.
Entree, we ordered the Chateaubriand – rare with 3 sauces (classic bernaise and chimichurri was our faves) and asparagus. Cooked to perfection.
Thought we didn’t have room for dessert but they had a Passion Fruit Creme Brulee. Couldn’t pass that up.
Definitely worth the short 20-minute drive from the strip. Will definitely be back again in the future for Happy Hour and recommend to our friends and family.
Special shout out to Roger (hope that was his name) from Kauai who was our server. He was very personable and he chatted with us a bit too which made our dining experience a great one. Mahalo Roger for your genuine service. As Maile and I said, we will return.
Food:
Crab Cakes
Steak Frites
Banana Cream Pie (Huge)
Bread Service
The crab cakes were delicious. However, something needed to wake the dish up and luckily Roger was great to bring us sauces. He brought like an aioli and a vinegarette sauce and I preferred the vinegarette. The acidic taste / flavor woke that crab cake dish up. The steak on the other hand was flavorful and seasoned well. Tender and tasty. Really good.
Lastly, that Banana Cream pie is a MUST!!!
Overall, a great experience. We will return with our other half and dress more appropriately. Lol.
P.S. They would have gotten a 5 Star if that crab cake was not so dry.
The pork chop with sides of creamed spinach and mushrooms were all outstanding. All of the staff was attentive helpful.
