I decided to stop and see what they have to offer. Usually, I just drive by on my way home. I was pleasantly impressed. The place was clean throughout, the restrooms, the dining area, and the bar. Seating is limited as it is small, but there was seating available when I stopped in, and to accommodate the ten people that arrived after I did. The parking lot is in very good condition. If you are in a wheelchair or using a walking aid, you should have no problems in the parking lot or entering the building. I had the fried perch dinner with cheesy potatoes and a bottle of beer. The perch was very good, and I think the cheesy potatoes were the right choice over French fries. There are no taps, so a tapped beer is not available, cans or bottles only. I did not have a cocktail, but the bar is fully stocked, and getting a cocktail should not be a problem. The staff was very friendly. I will be stopping again.

Stopped in after the Badger game on 9/14/24. The bartender was great and very attentive but the atmosphere was weird. No one would step out of the way if you had to get through, no one interacted with others, no one seemed to be having a good time – all around odd.

Had the prime rib breakfast for Sunday brunch. Prime rib portion was very hearty. I ordered the american fries with cheese and onions and the eggs came over easy as requested. An excellent meal for the $16.95 price. Hospitality was outstanding as well. Kudos to Vickie and company.
