Will is an old US Army 10th Mountain guy who decided to operate a turkey and cupcake truck that will change the way you think about BBQ. That wonderful aroma from that truck will draw you in! A super nice gentleman prepared a surprise lunch plate for my husband. Tender turkey , creamy mac-n-cheese, crisp slaw and some sinful cupcakes.

I visited Will’s Strictly Turkey truck today. First things first, he was super nice and had the greatest customer service. I drove from Goldsboro, and it was worth the drive. My husband had a turkey leg, it was delicious the chopped turkey, was yummy, and last but not least we both had a cupcake, needless to say, I’m hooked..lol. If you’re looking for good food, and great customer service…go see him, you won’t be disappointed.
